I don't think so. I can't tell you how many times I've had to search for a USBC to lightning adapter for charging/ connecting. Now that most of my devices have been forcibly moved to USBC, I don't have to put up with that annoyance so much. The actions of the EU are a pain, but this is one advocacy I can get behind.Good for him but sort of a silly and unnecessary product.
I'd disagree.... I think it's kind of genius. As the standard moves to USB-C for iPhones, the Lightning cables are going to start vanishing. Stores won't bother carrying them on retail shelves anymore, when fewer and fewer people need one.Good for him but sort of a silly and unnecessary product.
All the downvotes you got and the many responses in favour of the concept prove you dead wrong.Good for him but sort of a silly and unnecessary product.
If that's your main phone while traveling, you'd be putting your faith in this case. Perhaps put a spare Lightning cable in the bag, unless you're already carrying a Qi charger. This case could help reduce my traveling "cable haul" for my iPhone SE2022
Well, this case is essentially an adapter. And it's also an untested device, so yeah, I'd keep that Lightning cable in the travel kit.Thank you for mentioning adapters, but I prefer to carry a lightning cable.
Never mind, hehe.I'll wait for reviews with interest as it's also marked as "sold out" for my model.
The very definition of "too much time on your hands" right here.
So you're saying you're at least three years old?I am old enough to remember everyone hating the EU for forcing Apple to adopt USB-C
Not any different from a lot of (tech) products these days. If you get four years of (daily) use out of it, it's probably a worthwhile expense.this product has a finite lifecycle of 3-4 years, and it's game over afterwards.
I’d rather buy a USB-C Mini but Apple won’t take my money
Thanks, for some reason I had never seen these before.
I would say most people buy a case based on how it looks.A useful idea.
In the end though, most people will buy a case depending on how well it protects the phone.
