It sure does. what part of the mockup exactly does not go along with that case design?
The extreme slope. To me. the CAD drawing looks like a much more subtle slope.

My opinion: Apple products dont have design, its the materials they use
I hope they don't return to a curved back. I love the symmetry of the iPhone 4 and how it lays flat. I do think an aluminum casing like MacBooks have would be really cool. A bigger screen is definitely welcome.
At the end of the day though I think the iPhone 4 has a beautiful design and if they didn't change it, I wouldn't be that surprised.
Are there even curved phones like that on the market? With so many apps for ANY phone being used in landscape, I'd think there wouldn't be. Needless to say, the next iPhone won't have a curved back. It just wouldn't make sense for holding it horizontally.

Hmm, I don't mind the iPhone 3GS design, it's OK. Everyone's allowed their opinion thoughCalling it, BS!
Anyways, I really disliked the older designs. I never actually owned an iProduct (except for iMac) up until the i phone 4. I thought the curved, slopey look was weird and ugly.
Pfft. A red herring from Apple designed to send the Samsung copycats in the wrong direction.![]()
If the iPhone 5 looks anything like the mockup, then I'm sticking to my iPhone 4.
Ugly as ******
Isn't it possible that this is the next Touch and not the next iPhone?
People who put any belief in this rubbish, you only need to accept one simple fact to put this to rest - Apple will NOT change the screen size of the iPhone. Not for the iPhone 5, possibly not ever. (OK maybe in 5000 years if we evolve to have those funny, big, long alien hands).
Case closed.
no pun intended![]()
