Apple has posted an additional holiday Get A Mac ad to their website, called Goodwill. In the ad, PC and Mac "pledge" to put aside their differences for the holidays, even though PC believes that the Mac engages in frivolous pursuits such as "home movies and blogs."

Nevertheless, the two hug in the end, and live happily ever after.

The only hug I'd give to windows pc is a bear hug.

Until he stopped breathing.

That has nothing to do with John Hodgeman BTW, and everything to do with despising gates, microsoft, and windows... in that order.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:D ;)

Yea I saw that the moment it was announced. Odd. I wanted to make a post but I just didn't feel like it. =P

I think apple is realizing that people (PC users mainly) think that the mac guy is snobby and thats why they threw in PC's comment, trying to change people opinions, to make PC's look bad again!

I'm thinking this is the end. They make up and its over. :(
Not quite yet. I reckon they get very friendly and produce hundreds of iPods, and one little Shuffle with a limp. The last scene is the Shuffle saying "God bless us, every one!". Fade to black. Series ends.

I can't wait to see the iTv, leopard, iPhone, full screen video ipod, new macbook pros ects ads. :p

hahahah "Let's pull it into hug harbor." That is almost as good as "hug it out bitch!"

It seems like the directors realized the negativity portrayed by the Mac.

While I like Justin Long's portrayal, I understand the grievances some have against his tone and character.

Maybe they'll start focusing on truer features of the Mac. "You can do amazing stuff" only lasts so long...

I'm wondering how long before they start advertising Leopard... Probably once they have a date they will.

I liked this ad. It was very cute.:D
