New iBook and Mac mini Part Numbers?

I'll lose sleep over this. I've been waiting a good 9 months for this. This update ordeal to me is the same as anticipating an infant coming out of my wife's womb.

External storage device...hmm...such as an iPod? That's it! Flash storage (4 gig) plus a free iPod for bulk storage! Even better for an iBook!

Well, no "we'll be back soon" yellow post-it note for me :confused: Guess I'll keep trying.

FYI- dual 2.7ghz ship time has bumped to 5-7 days.... :rolleyes:

Nope - I'll sleep well knowing that new iBooks will be waiting for me tomorrow and there's finally no more uncertainty, waiting and wondering... :cool:

Same here, even though this will be my first mac and mac update sequence, I will be able to sleep soundly and awake excited in the morning.
 
I took screen grabs of the iBook and Mac mini store pages in anticipation of this event! I am too geeky I know. I'll post specs and prices of befores and afters when it gets released tomorrow.

Off topic, but I just chuckled at your sig. I love Office Space! I actually worked with Stephen Root acting in a film for New Line Cinema back in February, and he is a great guy - hilarious in person as well. We were talking about all sorts of things off set like his roles in Office Space, Dodgeball, and even his voice roles in Nemo, Ice Age and Tripping the Rift. He's a hilarious guy and really personable. :) :cool:

Yep! I've been looking forward to getting a mac computer since last christmas. I've been stuck with the same eMachines piece of crap desktop for almost 4 years! So its nice to know that I will be getting a sleek new machine within a week!

You serious? That is really cool! He seems like a truly hilarious person...classic movie, too [office space]. Thanks for noticing :D

Something is coming, that's for sure.

My Main Order Status Page shows the same thing. They are probably updating all the current iBook/Mac Mini Orders w/ the new models.
 
I have the iBook, Mini, and Powerbook tech specs webpages saved on my computer for easy comparison when they do get updated.
 
Who here will be disspointed in apple decides to only update the mini tommorow and the ibook at a later time?

It's 00:38 local time, and I'm going to be pulling an all nighter. I will not sleep until new iBooks are released!* :eek:

*If it doesn't happen later this morning, consider the latter statement to be figurative.
