New iBook Ship date

Damn, mine is stuck in Suzhou for over a day now...
Has any shipment already made it passed Suzhou or more general China? Seems like they're piling up shipments to send it out in one go? Or is the TNT International tracker a mess?

My ship time on my iPod mini and my AppleCare is still preparing to ship on the Apple shipping status page. The funny thing is, it just came in the mail 5 minutes ago. Heres to hoping my iBook is the same way!
I've got a BTO 14" iBook with 100GB HD whose status has moved to "Preparing Shipment". It still estimates ship on or before Aug 2 like it's always been. I've never bought from the Apple Store before, so does anyone know how long I might expect it to be at this stage?

My iBook has an estimated ship date of 8/4??? What's up with that? I order on 7/27. 3-5 days is not put the shipping at 8/4 even if it is business days. 
The status of mine, is its still in Shanghai, but it arrived at their FedEx place at 11:00PM their time. I hope it ships out soon.

There's a lot of order backlag that apple is trying to fullfill since the new models came out.
I know just whining.
Maybe it will ship tomorrow even if the site isn't updated. You would hope that Apple would have some inventory built up before the update announcement went out.

I heard that the bulk shipment is stuck in Shanghai and will be delayed til next week!!! I'm so ****ing pissed, fedex ****ing blows. can't they just get it right.

PS. I called FedEx and talked to the Apple Shipping rep (I guess they have one, or at least someone who works with apple a lot) and though my package is sitting in China, she told me that it'll be in my area on 8/2... she also said new PowerBooks next Tuesday, but I think that is a stretch

did all of you order BTO configurations? i ordered a stock 12" at around 3pm EST today and it's already shipped, says it should be here tomorrow. anyone else have such fast service? the ipod mini i ordered also shipped at the same time. i live in the Manhattan, you think apple ships computers out of the SoHo store?

I order mine July 26th w/ 60gb hd, and it's still in Processing Order. I ordered from Finland, but apparently they ship from the same place as all European orders (Ireland?).

How long do you think it will take for the ibooks to get to people on the west coast?
