Making iPhone ads will be challenging because the device serves multiple purposes. The iPod ads have been aimed at youth culture. I wonder if they'll aim iPhone ads at the slightly older business crowd. Which is most important: being cool or being practical?

True. And the style of the Hello advert had me thinking they werent going the iPod route with the iPhone - however it could just have been a one off for a formal evening like the Oscars.

I think the iPhone should be marketed in the same, youthful, edgy fashion that the iPod is. I dont really want goofy, Get A Mac style ads. Given the price, you want people to lust after this device, not see it as just a practical device.

as an art student i can really appreciate this. this ad totally renews the iPod ads. i wonder where they can go next with this. :rolleyes:
i never cared for having ads in my video library, but this one is a must have!
 
Wow.. that song was TERRIBLE! Why did McCartney only write good songs when he was paired with John Lennon?
 
yeah, the paul mc cartney one wasnt as good. still interesting, visually, but not as STUNNING as "Mi Swing Es tropical"
