That's what I am afraid off. I kind of confirmed that this morning at Starbucks. The hang up is no 3g

totally disagree. They compliment each other. For example, I am not reading any ebooks on a horizontal laptop screen. I went to starbucks today and read the NY Times on my ipad. Such a better experience than doing the same on a laptop screen. They both have different uses. Get both

It's larger then I thought it would be,it is a laptop.
The screen is bright and and so clear it's sick.
No noise yet, only slight warmth.
It's very quick.
It's so thin as a original owner of the first MacBook Air this should have been released as the original.
