Strange part-number..... The MBPs's part-number starts with MA, MBs's pn starts with MB... But the prices are too high for 3 MBS models... :confused:

Statistically, a total overhaul of the entire MBP line is way, way, WAY overdue. I would LOVE to see some inner and outer innovations that'll draw both up-graders and first timers into the Apple fray.

i dont see what the fuss is all about this is a RUMOR SITE to post RUMORS, yes im new too but still dont bash every single rumor that does not end up on the front page, if you dont want to agree with it then fine dont post on the topic and it will go away rather quickly
 
who cares about montevina xD purchase SR penryn then upgrade in 2011 for sandy bridge 22nm. thats my plan!

probably pick up an iphone hopefully with 3g when it is released in australia. >_< !

Montevina uses the Penryn Core 2 Duo, so it doesn't really matter. You never will truly get montevina on a MacBook Pro anyways as they wont be using an Intel Graphics Chip or Intel's wireless solution. Thats what makes up Montevina. And Intel Penryn Processor, Intel Graphics, and Intel Wi-Fi. My guess is that Apple will save it for the lower end models such as the MacBook and MacBook Air. It's just a chipset not a brand new processor. You can look it up on Wikipedia if you wish. No offense to you or anything, just want to add what I know on Montevina.

i just searched these in my best buy inventory..the model numbers

and it doesnt show up....it says "nothing found"
