At least its out of Apples hands now and you can keep track of it accurately. Mine is finally out for delivery.
I have got my receipt through email today. My status said "expect next update in 4-5 business days" i wonder when i will have my stuff? Just checked both my iPod and mac were made last week.

I think I had that status update last Tuesday or Wednesday. The estimated arrival date on the email apple sent you when your order shipped seems to be the most accurate date mate.
Mine went out on the 27th and is now out for delivery (woo!), so presumably you'll get yours tomorrow. Mine had the in transit message up 'til about 5pm yesterday.
Just got off the phone to Apple (sounded like that same dozy American guy from yesterday) and they've arranged the redirection - should get it tomorrow.
Two questions though: So far each time I've rang Apple I've spoken to Americans - why then does the UK line close at 8pm? How come people aren't upset that the UK Apple call centre has been outsourced to the US?

hey at least we've done our time. I mean, it SHOULD be here today or at worst tomorrow! A week ago we were hoping it would be sent in 3 days but as we've seen, it doesn't happen for us europeans. Here's to our new Mbps arriving shortly...
I'm on the 28th's camel train too with a multi-order, I'm still "In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule 3 November / Estimated Delivery Date 4 November"

anyway - i got put through to an irish chap... I think it depends on load of the call centre... so they start to redirect.I am an identical case! fingers crossed! let us know if anything happens!
EDIT: MINE IS AT UK DISTRIBUTION CENTRE!!! first change in a week!
EDIT AGAIN: Now says "Delivery scheduled by final carrier, see estimated delivery date" which is today!
Mine got estimated 7-10th of nov, fingers crossed that it will arrive on the 7th without defects, the defects issue is making me worried! and arriving this week, which means i can set it up during weekend and get some work done next week lol Finally.

Got mine yesterday after some problems with TNT (they couldn't find the doorbell so they wrote me off as not at home?). Now it's sitting here beside me in all it's glory and as far as I can tell it has no problems, no dead pixels, crooked keys, yellow tint etc. Unfortunately I won't get to play around with it much until the weekend due to projects etc. Thanks to all of you for keeping me company while waiting, hope you all get yours soon and that they are as flawless as mine!

WOAH! I haven't yet! No tracking number, was it the 808 number? was it for TNT?
Does yours say it is with TNT or are you just taking a punt? Mine just says UK DIST CENTRE and teh tracking number is my 808 number
give it a go on the TNT site under Internation tracking option - might work.
I just got an e-mail from the Apple woman I first spoke to last week - a bit late but at least she's done it.
TNT reckon the change of address is on 1 or their 2 systems so I should get it in London tomorrow... better get my coursework finished today so I can play with it tomorrow!
Yeah I had this for most of the day yesterday. 808 number didn't work on TNT. At around 5.30 it changed from UK DIST CENTRE to TNT with a new tracking number. The 808 and the new tracking number both worked on the TNT site once this happened.
Looks as if we are both tomorrow! wooohoooo! now... what time! ;-) its a shame there wasn't REAL TIME GPS Tracking! now THAT would be cool.
