No change for me yet... (other than a continued drop in my productivity). Still "Shipment on schedule etc etc"
I finally received mine at 9:50 this morning. So, in case it's useful to anyone else, here's my full tracking history:

To be honest I would settle for just basic accurate tracking instead of random numbers on the status page.
My 2.53 CTO has arrived.
Ordered on 22nd, shipped on 1st November, delivered before 10am this morning via UPS.

Just spoke to apple about the apple care starting 10 days before I got the machine and they won't change it to start from day I got it!!!
When I rang to ask about delivery I was told that if I rang the Apple Care number they would change the date.
Perhaps you should ask to speak to a manager?
Or before that contact Consumer Direct, find out what the rules are, then call Apple and let them know if they are actually in the wrong by quoting what Consumer Direct tell you.
If they don't change my start day I will definitely be asking to make a formal complaint - IMHO we've been treated like crap throughout all this.

Hmm, I ordered mine on the 17th and the estimated delivery date is today. My TNT tracking number has just stopped working, so all fingers crossed it still gets delivered today. Last time i could access the tracking info, it was at the depot at 7:30am today, surely it can make the little trip over to me today?
Aaargh, the waiting game is not fun...
Edit: Tracking number is now back up! Apparantly it left at 12:18, it's now deckchair by the door time (or something like that).

Mine's arrived....have to head off to a group meeting in 20 minutes though. So I've set it charging and have had to leave it.

Has anyone elses MBP displayed the status "Out For Delivery" and not come that day? Mine is displaying that status and is scheduled for delivery today, but only has 2 hours left to come and for some reason I have a feeling it wont.
I'm getting really desperate. I just climbed onto my shaky desk in order to put my head out the window to check that a royal mail van was infact a royal mail van and not a UPS van.

I've had that happen to me with other items - give UPS a call and ask them.
Probably not - in my case it didn't really mean anything - there's another status it will change to (someone has mentioned it already - I can't remember what it is) and that's when it's with the courier.
It was either the same evening or it was the next day - but I think anticon's was quciker to change than mine - sorry for not being accurate my mind is a bit all over the place - u might find more detail on previous few pages.
jees, you folks know you've got it bad when the UPS woman tells me that they've passed it on to a third party for delivery but can't tell me who they are?! Incredible. All she knew was that it left yesterday. No idea of where it left to. No name for freighter nor did she even know my address. Think Apple are in for a royal Bollocking if it doesn't turn up soon

Only my MBP came not my iPod, they said it will come tomorrow
I love it so much, Looks almost perfect, the battery case slides around by a millimeter, not really fussed by it though.

Personally, I'd call Apple now and complain. The people they pay to carry your very expensive new toy(s) shouldn't just give the parcel to someone and then forget about it. They should at least know who it was handed over to.
