I just phoned TNT to track my package, it is defo coming tomorrow! AND can I just say... they are so nice! really polite/professional people!
Well it was worth the wait - typing this on my new baby.
Everything seems fine - lovely machine, now off to play.

I ordered mine on the 30th and its estimated to be here on the 6th Nov. Currently its still in transit from Korea making it's way to Germany.

Mine hasn't made it to the uk distribution centre yet according to the lady on the phone. She says it "should" be delivered to me this week, might get a carrier number tomorrow or Thursday.
Ho hum.
how do you get that detailed tracking info?
perhaps mine will take longer due to the custom build (2.8ghz and 7200 harddrive)...oh and the display port > dvi adaptor
My CTO (with the same changes as you, + a Display Port / VGA adaptor) took 3 days longer to ship than someone that ordered a standard model on the same day.
after all the messing around, i picked my little bundle of joy up off a sub-contractor/third party courier today. Rural Ireland is a tough cookie for Ups. believe me, it was worth the waiting and a nice taste is currently on the pallet.

Well mine came earlier today. Only had a chance to open it and have a very quick look. Got back in an hour ago to have a play with it and its perfect. Can't see any imperfections at all. Keyboard, screen etc... Build quality is superb. Trackpad is very very nice. Massive improvement over my G4 Powerbook. Was definitely worth the wait and awful shipping process. Hope you all get yours soon.

Apparently TNT have 4 boxes in their warehouse, but their systems are showing that there should only be 3 boxes, so the delivery is being held up! They've emailed Apple to resolve it but I don't have much confidence that it will be resolved today.

Well I've got to send my new Mac Book Pro back as it has the screen smudges!! I have been sent a new dispatch date of the 14th for my replacement, so I get to go through it all over again

I placed an order for a mpb (see sig), a printer and an ipod on the 25th, and it just shipped today!
If that wasnt slow enough, delivery estimated for the 14th (so 3 weeks)!!!! Please people!
And compared to most of you mine seems to be taking a way longer time!
Has anyone placed an order which is "merge in transit" like mine" ? And if so how long did it take ?
(Ive read some of the posts but I cant go through every single page ... :s )
