I don't know, I haven't seen that screen. When I try and track via TNT it doesn't show anything of interest.
It means they lost 1/2 of your packacge and they will only send it when all is recovered...
The exact same happened to a guy on this thread a couple of weeks ago, time to do your own research
they'll be holding the first part to deliver with the second part to avoid having to make two trips. They usually make up some cock and bull story about trying to deliver it and no one was in..... don't know what they'll say to combat the fact that someone is always in at work.......

the 0845 one...... I think some one mentioned a couple of pages back that they seem to have a standard number but when no one answers it gets passed back to another centre, Ireland, America etc...... Seems like their standard practice.

I phoned up the depot in Stirling and they said that they got 2 of 3 items, and that they put the 2 they have out for delivery and that they will definitely be delivered at some point today.
I've decided to wait til tomoz, which is the 8th business day. That gives me reason to call them.
