In no way can you be upset, you ordered 19 days AFTER me with a custom configuration and yours is scheduled to be delivery before mine ships. Go APPLE. :(
 
Has anyone's shipped that ordered from the ADC store? If so when and what did you order? That's the only thing I can think of that might delay my very basic order.

I've placed my order by telephone with a ADC account at 13-02, it should be sent 13-03

So it has not been shipped yet...I want to know if people have had their orders shipped who ordered from the ADC.

Yes, exactly - what do you think about the screen. The one and only reason I'd want a 17-incher is the promised improvement in color depth.

I just recently brought home a 15-incher (2.53GHz) and I am grossly underwhelmed by it's 6-bit TN screen. :mad: Not much use in complaining now though - the local store is unfortunately less than helpful. :(
 
anyone have a EPP order ship yet? when i bought a mbp 17 last year in feb, my order was delayed 2 weeks because it went through the EPP store even though people ordered after me but went through the regular apple store. i hope that's not the case again. i was told it was allocation issues with EPP. EPP + matte = waiting for what seems like forever...

Ordered mine Jan 7th with EPP and it went to Prepared and I got a tracking number about 2AM this morning. Mine is due in the 20th.

Wow, I really hope that this isn't true. I too, have ordered via EPP but, only the base model. I had placed my order Feb. 6th and have yet to see a change in the order status. I only say this due to the fact that ppl who have ordered in Feb. are starting to see shipping.

I haven't seen any February people shipped yet. I only know of January, early to mid January orders being shipped and/or received

Opps, my mistake this is what I had saw for the top of the last page:

"Finally prepared for shipment!
I ordered back on Feb 4 and just saw that my status changed in the last 30 minutes to "prepared for shipment". Delivery has been showing Feb16-Feb24 for the past week or so. I'm hoping I'll have it by Friday! It's the 2.93 with 320GB 7200 drive"

Mine was ordered Feb. 1 in the evening through the Education Store, and it shipped on the 17th in China. Delivery is set for Friday.

I ordered mine through EPP on 6 Jan about 12:30 pm. Left FedEx facility in Shanghai at 11:06 last night. Currently showing In Transit. Estimated delivery Feb 20, 2009 by 10:30 AM. That's from FedEx web site. Waiting is getting harder! LOL
 
I'm really lost at why people who ordered way after me have had theirs shipped. I just don't understand how and why that could happen, it's very frustrating and I see no reason to ever pre-order again.
