I would keep a VERY close eye on the UPS tracking, my MB Pro has gone back to the place it left apparently:

Thats really weird dude....:cool:

Oh and guys, i ordered a MBP,incase sleeve and The "free" Ipod. But it says the MBP and incase sleeve are shipped but the ipod isn't? Does that mean i won't get it or it will ship later because they probably have the ipod in stock somewhere else...?

Yeah, I think the Keynote on 14th October was planned some weeks too early...

Sounds familiar, It took a day before my order was complete in the Orderstatus...
 
@apolloa What number do you use for tracking the order? In the Apple orderstatus there are a lot of numbers but none of them a traceable on UPS.com. How did you trace it? EDIT: Carrier Tracking Number is still empty, that should be the number right? Hope your MBP will arrive from Koln again tomorrow...crazy stuff...

I log into my Apple account on the Apple website, then select track my orders, then track this shipment (My MB Pro) and I use the Carrier Tracking Number on the left hand side, google UPS UK, select track order and wack the code in the box. Works fine.
 
Hey guys & girls :) Ordered one myself on the 18th. It's shipped on the 28th and it has an expected delivery date of the 6th.

You'll get a tracking number from the factory if you haven't ordered anything else with your MB. So if you ordered just the MB(P) you'll get a tracking number.

The exception some have encountered is nothing to worry about as it's normal procedure. The registration in Apeldoorn is just the paperwork. (Internal activity) The hub in Apeldoorn is waiting for customs in some Asian country to release the parcel. It just ensures a smooth ride, so it's not going back :)

9 days to ship! What do they do, send it by donkey?? :D

I just ordered a DVI adapter. Does anyone know if that is something they just add inside the box, so no impact on receiving tracking #?
 
According to my tracking number, apparently delivery man is giving his donkey a rest break...

I'm ready to run to the door thinking it's UPS every single time a car passes my house... last hours I'm spending on this crappy HP laptop of my parents ever I hope :D

I called Mediamarkt today and found out they are out of stock too. It seems no one in N. Holland has any new MBPs at the moment!

Amazing machine :)
nothing negative to say 'bout it yet; screen is great, you don't see any reflection until you concentrate on seeing one :)

Congratulations! Aside from the glare, it seems most people are finding its the best laptop screen EVER.

Lol, I followed the UK thread :)

But I'll keep you guys posted on my progress. I rang Apple as I need to be at home when they deliver and, altough it was all in NL yesterday when I rang them as well, an Apple support guy told me that it wasn't my MBP as it was still not in Holland :confused:. When I said that the other guy told me yesterday it was he said it was in NL but he had some other lame ass excuse. So I've found an rotten Apple :)
 
Wow nice... I just checked the orderstatus this night (1.30am) and found out that status has changed to "Onderweg naar klant – verzending op schema" (In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule). The expected delivery date has changed from 11th of November to the 10th! Looks like the donkey got some pepper in its ass... :D
 
My order says: Onderweg naar eindbestemming , underway to end destination.

But my order says it will arive 14-17th Nov? Does it take them 9-13days to get to me if it's allready in NL?

You had a ipod with this order as well, is it already stated in the orderstatus? If you order says "onderweg naar eindbestemming" do you also got a tracking number? (carrier tracking number)? In that case you can track it down at Ups.com...
 
Ordered my MBP(only 4gb ram update) in a shop and it should arrive today. Can't wait though, and if it arrives today, I'll have to skip some lessons (university) just to pick it up :)
I'm from Belgium by the way
