what I really meant is that I do not use any of the new streaming services.I Stand corrected as it is too much if a hassle for me to use something else.

Ok but the streaming service itself isn't the problem it is the usability of the app.what I really meant is that I do not use any of the new streaming services.

Though it is a little better with streaming disabled as some of the submenues and stuff disappear but still, not my favorite app by far.
Anyone ?Hi all
Been using the new Apple music app for a few days and wanted some help on an option that seems not to be working.
So I select an album to play from my own music library it starts to play like it should, now I want to add a different album to my track list so it will play straight after the first album. I hit the three dots and it brings up a menu and I select add to up next but it adds the whole album to the top to be played next and does not add it to the bottom of the first album I picked.
Am I doing something wrong? I can not seem to add a few albums to my play list without it adding it to the top all the time as I want to add it last
can anyone tell me if this is a bug it me.
Thanks.
"Captain, the servers are working as hard as they bloody can! Uploads, downloads, matching, streaming .... any more of this and they're sure to blow us all to pieces!"I created a new thread on the subject before seeing this one.....but is anyone else experiencing horrible download times when making songs available for offline use? i mean just unusable speeds basically. I queued up 3,000 songs for offline download.....going on 15 hours and its downloaded about 900.
i've tried different wifi connections with no increase in speed.
in the past hour, its downloaded 3 songs.
Anyone ?
Hi there thanks that worked. When you pick your first album, long tap on it and select "Up Next" for the first album, too. It appears the "Up Next" queue is prioritized above the normal "play" queue. So if you always start with "Up Next" you get the first whole album, then the next one.
I didn't read this entire thread but I'm wondering if Apple Music deleting offline tracks is a known bug, as well as songs added to playlists just randomly removing themselves. It's driving me mad!
I have the same issue. Noticed it for the first time yesterday.
When you see the artist's list of albums, with the single first, start playback by tapping the single's song name only, do not tap the artwork or the name of the album to start playing as that will play only that album. While I like the ability to play a single album from the artist menu, this is anything but intuitive. My issue is one very simple thing:
One of my artists had a single, and that single happens to be the first album in the list. I used to be able to play that, and then it would just roll into the next album. Now it plays that single and stops.
I must be a Johnny Come LatelyJust thought I would use my music off my iPhone today and opened it. WOW, what CLUSTER ****. I had to pull off the road to try to make everything out. I finally said "screw it" and went with radio in my 1970 car. And now here, read justa bout every post and I feel the way the MAJORITY does. Take it AWAY and now would not be soon enough.
I've been getting that too ... I occasionally get a repeat song when shuffling a playlist if I pause playback (without exiting the playlist or starting something new) and then resuming it later.I'm starting to have a lot of weird bugs pop up.Sometimes it'll get stuck on repeating one song without me even setting up the repeat options, other times my Up Next track info disappears.

Oh, and an old bug is back, where the Now Playing artwork and song title does not change when song changes and the Music app gets confused and starts the song over again.
I disabled Apple Music. And I disabled cellular data for music app. But the music app lags even when playing songs locally stored on the iPhone. Screen would turn white for a couple of seconds. After using search, the app becomes unresponsive for a second. Loading my music collection list takes a couple of seconds while it should in fact be instant. And songs would randomly start in the middle...? I also noticed the app consumes battery noticeably a lot more than before. Today, the music app used 8% while normally it used to use 3% ~ 4%.
iOS 8 has been excellent for me so far, but 8.4 seems to have affected my most used app...
