I was hoping we'd get piano finish for pro black, when I saw we didn't I thought I would get the silver one but this the Graphite looks beautiful, I will wait till I see the silver one before deciding.

Gold might surprise us as well

Wow, I'm really unhappy with the regular iPhone 12 blue colour. Apple's renderings are WAY OFF. Mine arrives on Friday and I really don't want it anymore. Apple renders look navy matt but the hands on shots look like bright blue plastic!

That's becoming a problem across more product lines. I, for one, could not tell the difference at all between ss Graphite, ss Space Black and titanium black on their Watch renders/ studio images on the website. They definitely need to include true-to-life photos for their products.

I went for the Pacific Blue for the Pro and it looks incredible but the standard 12 looks cheap and gross.

iPhone 12 mini white for me it is. Why? Because it has a shiny glass on the back. I love black but the fingerprint magnet of a black shiny glass really makes it dirty by the time I take it off the box. I don’t like to use a case.

Wow! The second one is so beautiful, if it really looks like that it's imo one the most beautiful one of the whole lineup !
If it looks more like the second one, I’m all in. That one is a lot closer to Apple’s renderings and press material.

The iPhone 12 colours look hideous, the blue is horrible, apple didn’t show the true colour on the keynote

So, you trust the random camera of a random Twitter user more than Apple to make up your definitive opinion about the color of a phone?

As mentioned by someone on the previous page, the blue iPhone 12 color looks different depending on the light source.

I think it looks great, but I'm a Toronto Maple Leafs fan, so I'm used to all shades of blue over the years. Very happy it's not the pastel shades they usually conjure up!

Pacific Blue is definitely the Pro to get this year. Personally I’m not a fan of the regular 12 blue or red, but the black, white, and green ones look good to my eye.

I really liked the blue of the standard 12 in the intro videos, but in the photos above it looks cheap.

Conversely I wasn't a fan of the Pacific Blue of the 12 Pro but in the photos above it looks great. Another reason for pushing myself to the Pro model.

On the other hand, it will be in a case. So maybe I will choose gold (grin).

So last year we got the first reviews 3 days before release (cnet and engadget). Are we getting soms previews today fgs?

Glad I ordered the 12 Pro Graphite. I'll be ordering a 12 mini Black on Nov 6th too. This year that blacks are the winners.

The blue color of the 12 looks not as expected but i like it. Still using a case so color doesn’t matter.

My thoughts exactly. Loved the blue in the keynote videos but it does look very cheap hands-on.

I think I'm going to cancel my order and get the Pro after seeing these - Pacific Blue and Graphite look incredible and the device finish is stunning.

I like the boxy (flat edges) design on the iPad Pro but this now looks outdated on a phone and also not very ergonomic.

They could’ve done something in between.

My issue is pro max in blue or graphite, the good thing about the max being delayed is we have time to go to the apple store and see it and make our mind up
