Pacific Blue looks amazing!!! Regular 12 blue not so much here..
Agree.
Really had my doubts about my pacific blue 12 pro iUP, but these photos have me feeling better. I look forward to Friday. Still grappling with the fact that I, for the first time, did not order the space grey model. Old dog, new tricks?

Apple nailed it with the colors this year. Although, I really did like the ‘midnight green’ and probably would’ve considered it this year if it had returned, but that’s how they are, some colors are really limited for a short amount of time that never return.

I suspect you will feel free from the tyranny! :p I've had 7 Space Grey / Black iPhones (and one white iPhone 8 Plus for 3 months) up until switching to Midnight Green on the 11. I don't think I'll ever go back, nowadays I enjoy either a little splash of unique color or for the phone to be lighter and brighter. I switched to a Silver iPad Pro and my next MBP will likely be Silver as well.

See, random people are capable of high quality photos and not potatoe hostage photos and videos!

After looking at those, I'm even happier I went with the Pro in Pacific Blue as opposed to the 12 in the blue as shown.

The 12 blue reminds me of something I would see in a box of hard candies. It's not ugly, it's just not to my taste and I know it would have been one more reason I would have been disappointed I didn't go with the Pro.

The Pacific Blue is more muted and subtle.

Friday can't get here soo enough!!!!!

I was considering if I might switch to the 12 blue, after seeing it here I don't think it's ugly as many have said, but I do like the pacific blue Pro more. This has likely solidified my choice of the pacific blue 12 Pro.

Ha! I’ve been tempted the last two cycle to go white. If not pacific blue, I was gonna get crazy with a white device this time around.

At first, and according to renders, blue iPhone was my favorite and the only one I didn’t like was the pale green. But now that I see them in photo, I actually kinda like the green, and the blue doesn’t look like I expected (looks a bit “cheap” like others say). So inaccurate Apple renders!

Is anyone getting the green one or is it gonna be the new yellow?

I’ve seen different photos online..might not be disappointed..look at differences

I wish they would bring out something similar to the Slate iPhone 5. I might go back to the white/silver with the iPhone 12S/13 if they don’t.

Graphite looks sleek af cause the finish matches the color of steel. So for anyone into this industrial aesthetics it’s a great option.

I like industrial aesthetics, but what I love even more is premium aesthetics, especially when I buy an Apple product that costs me a month's rent. A jet black Pro option should have been an absolute must in this year's lineup.

Of course the pro blue is looking so much better since the color is a step down in accentuation and frosty back on the pro models reduced the glare

I tried every color and always go back to black. So , graphite this time. I can never go wrong. They are all gorgeous though.

Pacific Blue trumps all the other colors, imo. I am not a fan of the blue for the 12 lineup per the pictures. Will have to see with my own eyes I guess.

I liked mint-greed starting from Apple event... an I like it even more now, after today pictures... it is not ideal, but it is definitely very nice in comparison to other options. But need to look on it by own eyes ;)

I don't understand why Apple cannot (or will not) deliver a satisfyingly piano black Pro device and instead make these washed out grey-ish variations each year. Be it "space grey" or "graphite" or "Federighi hair" or whatnot, they keep getting lighter instead of darker. I'd just love to have a Darth Vadery black Pro phone, like the space black stainless steel Watch (that they bafflingly killed too except for the Hermes option). I don't think I'm the only one.

As for the 12 phones, they look like Lego bricks.

They did with the iPhone 7, remember? They called it jet black, and it was exactly piano black, super black, super glossy.

The issue is that it was a scratch magnet, where even using it in an Apple case microfiber-lined case would result in the back getting visible swirls. It also sold poorly.

I suspect that's the reason. Same reason you see so many silver/grey cars. The color hides scratches well.

Unboxings rolling out on YouTube!!!! Love the regular blue!
