They have no CS phone number. I emailed them 3 times and still no reply, I think the USPS lost my package while transit it to Canada.

Try 213-252-8132. That's the number listed as their customer service contact for them on my PayPal transaction.

I ordered from Spigen SGP on Black Friday and it just shipped today (a week later). I ordered from Bodyguardz on Cyber Monday and it is due to be delivered tomorrow. So far, Bodyguardz is impressing me WAY more than Spigen SGP.

I tried to install around 7 of them and ALL OF THEM without issue. some of them on the top left and some on the bottom right corner start lifting up right after the installation! I emailed them and they did replied and get me to take some pictures?? I am done with them. Call me stupid by not returning those defective ones to them

Why is it stupid of them to request pics of damaged or defective product? There are many scammers in this world.

True

Is there any way to clean the adhesive side?? I had the protector installed at the verizon store today but she didn't do the best job... there were specks of dirt caught in the screen. Still, I wish I had left it alone because I've made it ten times worse somehow. It's filthy with dust and smudge even though I made sure not to touch that part, and nothing gets it off. Microfiber cloth, alcohol swab, nothing.

Any suggestions or should I just leave it alone. I'm kind of scared to try again, honestly because the adhesive is already weakened by me reapplying several times. I had to really press to get it to stay on the last time.

Add on to that, I think the lady threw away my zagg screen protector without me noticing because I can't find it in the box.

Help? :(

Don't mess with it or fill out a rma to get a replacement at the replacement price.

I've emailed them twice so far because of a squashed parcel from them. The post office did some major damage to the package. I have not received a reply or replacement yet.

Call them. They are often terrible about responding to emails.

You just have to do some creative digging. You all owe me one ... 2132528132

I have two of these GLAS.tR screen protectors installed on two iPhone 5s. I spent a good few minutes cleaning the screen so there was no dust on the screen. Then put it on and did the light tap. It adhere with no issues whatsoever; I do not have dust issues, and no peeling.

As for a case I have the SGP Neo Hybrid bumper style case. For the back I use an InvisibleShield film.

You people should call them.

Do you have their phone number. They don't put it out there.

I was going to call them over my delay in shipping. It did finally ship yesterday, but my tweet to them and my email to them have gone unanswered for 3-4 days now.

----------

It took Spigen a week to respond to the email I sent last Friday but they did finally get back to me and in a satisfactory way. I expect they will respond to you as well but I think the Black Friday glut has slowed them down.

A week is unacceptable.

----------

Sent them a request for the form. Do you know how much the replacement price is? Thanks.

Pricing depends on which model you have. The form you need as well as pricing is all included on this page:

Thanks, guys.

The thing is, since I bought it on Black Friday with that 40% deal, the $15 is only $5 less than I paid in the first place. Not much of a deal, you know? :\

I plan on buying either the t or the tR for my iPhone 5. I always use a case, so likely getting the t for 20% less. Buying on amazon for hopefully less hassle.

I'm surprised that with all the issues about this company, so few people have actually filled out an official BBB complaint. Maybe more people just need to start writing to the BBB.

Why are people buying the Spigen glass protectors over the Bodyguardz Pure?

Because they are wealthy enough to spend $35, but are drastically way too poor to even think about spending $40.

That said, I got my PURE and it's tough as rocks. With all of these problems with SGP, the denial of replacements after 30 days, I have no idea why you'd buy them.

Think about it this way.

$39 dollar one time charge for the protector
$13 dollars to replace it at any time for life

OR

$35 for the SGP
$18 to replace it...within 30 days
$35 after 30 those days

Seems obvious to me. Especially considering The SGP one has won nothing, yet the Bodyguardz has won the CES 2013 Design and Engineering Award.

Why are people buying the Spigen glass protectors over the Bodyguardz Pure?

I actually bought one of each over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend (I paid $20 for each). I thought I'd compare them, post my results here, and give the extra one to someone else. Before I've even received them, the Bodyguardz Pure is way ahead based on customer service alone.

Spigen got some horrible CS ever! I live in canada and only took 2 weeks order ship from china! Spigen is in California and they told me its gonna take 40 business day to ship to Canada! I will dispute my order with them!

Finally received mine. I must be honest, I'm a little disappointed. I love the protection and feel of the glass but... There are a few small places at the top edge and around the speaker cutout where adhesive is not completely bonding to the phone's glass. I'll try to rest a book on it over night this evening to see if it helps. It's great otherwise.

Update: After about a day, the top left corner and bottom right corner have started to show signs of adhesive failure also. I'm really disappointed. I tried putting weight on it overnight with no improvement. I was thinking of contacting SGP for a replacement but instead I think I will be going with the BG Pure. I really like the chamfered edges of the Glas.Tr but it's not worth the problems.

Pure is way better. I had to exchange my iphone 5 with apple and come to my suprise i was able to remove the pure and re-install on the new iphone! Ofcourse it got lint and some bubble but When i got home i removed and replied about 5-6 more times for a perfect install and the pure's glue is still very strong!

All these complaints about customer service concern me. I emailed them for the rma form a couple days ago and no reply... this is the longest I've ever waited for a reply from a company about something, I almost want to believe they didn't get the email.

They do reply after a few days. But the replacement are kind of expensive
Now I am using a Zagg Extreme case friendly. I know a lot of you don't like it. Its under the healing process and so far so good. I like their replacement plan better.

Got mine that I bought Black Friday, Installed, aligned perfect but one lint.. also around the ear hole the adhesion is not working
