5C does look like the Lumia phones with all the diff colored backs lol, I wonder what specs the 5C would have.... 5S not much of an upgrade from the 5.... waits for iPhone 7 
Well then don't buy one. In fact don't buy an iPhone at all. Get a manly phone like the Galaxy. You can use that bigger screen to phone whip anyone that dares to suggest you needed the bigger phone to make up for having a small stylus.
If Apple makes it of course it's okay. It's not just plastic, it's Apple plastic. Can't you already hear Jony's sexy vibe voice telling you how great it is whipping you into an iPhone geekgasm
Ah so that's why I see 2014 models of Lexus, Audi, etc. that offer champagne as a color choice. Because its a garish color.

I won't be buying it. But I'm plenty of people won't care it's plastic if its the right price.
I'd be totally fine with the plastic one IF the specs were the same. But as it doesn't look like it'll have the dual LED flash, I have to think there are other (significant?) differences too.

Whatever, this year's phones are just re-hashes, no one is really expecting much anyway.
BUT... I really hope they get their act together for the iPhone 6. These cheesy looking colors and lack of direction is worrisome.
Why do people like you need to fill in every Apple news discussion thread with their tiresome vapid whining? If Apple released a rainbow unicorn that lays golden eggs - you would still find it "lacking direction and worrisome".

Who cares? Same phone, screen size, OS (no, ios7 is not that big of a change) but different colors. I can just see the stupid look on Schillers face when he introduces the "new" phones with all of these amazing and innovative colors.
I hope every year they will go to a 4.7 inch screen or do something else truly amazing, and all Apple does is disappoint me incrementally. Looks like I'll be passing this year too.

If the plastic iPhone comes in at a good price point it is sure to be a real hit around the world.

. News flash: increasing screen size is trivial. That's why you see every Chinese and Korean doing it. Fitting all of the technology in a smaller 4" form-factor while preserving a daylong battery life - that's a technological achievement that only Apple is able to offer. You want an oversized plastic phone with 3 hour battery life and bunch of poorly executed gimmicky features that no one uses? Go buy a Galaxy. iPhone isn't for you.
The gold/champagne color might end up being uber-popular overseas, but maybe not so much in the US.
Now if Apple made the 5S in anodized Tiffany Blue, and were able to stock it in Tiffany stores (plus some temporary Apple employees in there to help out with questions and activations), then we'd see some mind-blowing sales records.

There is no front. Don't you get it? This is a back case. They don't have a complete iPhone. Just the external case.
I don't really think that the cost of making this only for a media stunt is good for Apple. Maybe for the damn Chinese who stole the enclosures and is profiting on YouTube.
Anyway, if Apple wants to leak something, they use analysts. For the good and the bad leak. Not some youtube s***.
My sentiments as well, it doesn't look too shabby in fact I'd go as far as saying rather cool. The plastic ones however I still stand by my previous comments they look cheap.
