I noticed that Google Play has removed any references to restocking fees on the Play Store, and I didn't have to pay a restocking fee on either of the Nexus 4s I returned, even though I was told I would be.

I didn't have to pay a restocking feed either when I returned my N4.

I was about to comment on this. I remember paying a restock fee when I returned my N7. So no restock fee anymore?

It's back.

Looks like Google added self adjusting algorithms into the order process. This way people the don't hit the 'buy' button after a certain amount of time in their cart lose their place in line or those that cancel after buying immediately get put back in the que.

God it was hard not to pull the trigger.

Quote from the verge :-(

"Speaking of rendering, the old bugbear of Android has always been scrolling performance. Especially in Chrome, there's always been a sense of lag that seemed completely out of place on top-tier devices. On the Nexus 5, we're very sad to report that the situation doesn't seem any better. There is still not a one-to-one relationship between your finger and the screen, and it's still crazy-making."
This is due to being used to iOS. I realize that iOS is smoother, but on the Nexus 4, I got used to it. I had to go look just now to see what they were talking about. Yes, there's some lag, but no, it's not a big deal. It becomes completely unnoticeable soon enough. Or you can spend another $400 to get rid of it via the iPhone 5S. Me? I'd get the N5 and an iPad mini for the same cost as the 5S. ;-)

I LOVE HOW WE FINALLY GET FULLSCREEN MODE. YES! :D

pie controls next year hopefully.

THIS looks super nice, that's innovation IMO, although someone should have come out with it years ago. No more buying programs and tweaking to hide nav/status bars.

I was so confused when I couldn't find the link! Luckly someone sent it to me!

Hope you enjoy my friend!
Yeah, even I forgot that my Applescript mailed me the direct links. D'oh! Lost valuable seconds in the scramble.

That's... strange. They found more stock? lol. Ships later though. Nov 8.
They're building them on the fly now on those barges.
