that we aren't millennials who thrive on avatar-driven chat services?Wow. Every single one of you is missing the point.
What do you mean by that? I thought it was to build the Nintendo Mii community on the iOS platform in order to have it integrate with the next games, guess I'm wrong?!Wow. Every single one of you is missing the point.

People set their expectations too high. Nintendo, like Apple, wants to control the experience when you play games. I highly highly HIGHLY doubt Nintendo will officially release their big hits outside of their hardware.
Expecting this is like expecting Apple to license OS X to Dell or iOS to Samsung.
On behalf of myself and other millennials, I resent that. We also DGAF about this. Maybe teenagers and kids do.that we aren't millennials who thrive on avatar-driven chat services?
They are dying, the sad thing is they're not realizing just how much money they're sitting on if they only licensed their titles for other platforms - not just mobile but other consoles too.
The same way that saved Apple in the nineties?
Oh no, wait, that's not what saved them. That almost killed them! Instead they decided to stick with their philosophy of vertical integration and now they have the most popular phones, tablets and PCs in the world BECAUSE of that.
If you want to compare Nintendo to another company, then at least compare it to a similar one: Sega.
Despite having released their last console in '99, and today they are restructured into a 3rd party developer, but at least they still exist. And that's without a catalog like Nintendo
I downloaded it this morning just to see what it was. I'm pretty shocked that this is what Nintendo came up with. It is the opposite of fun.
