Well, I have to say, even thought this almost certainly made outside of Apple, it's a really nice film and very in keeping with Apple's image of cool - relevant music and nice production values. Whoever did put it togther should be applauded for their filmmaking skills. I liked it a lot, and it was a nice two minute diversion from work!

I agree..They did leave out the MacBook Pro tho..

Whether it's real or not, this video is excellent! Everything seemed so professional... let's hope Apple is doing something tomorrow, or around.

Well, IMO, a H-E-double hockey sticks (L-L) of a lot more time went into making that video that it takes to photoshop a mock-up of a new apple product. If it's not real, then somebody put a LOT of time and effort into it just to entertain a few Mac afficionados and rumor followers.
Maybe it was a class project for a college kid doing video work or something along those lines...

Yes, much to the dismay of folks like me watiing for a 12" laptop revision, or folks like me with stock, Apple seems to have gone silent on the hardware front lately.

I'm resetting the PRAM on my 12"PB every day now, and I'd really like them to release something I can use.

Well the hardware rumours have certainly dried up at the moment. :(

New iPod design announced tomorrow

It's rumored that Steve Jobs will announce a new iPod design tomorrow-- a new iPod nano with Mickey Mouse ears and the inscription "Golly, 30 Years."

............With today being April Fools day...I think im going to stay off these boards until April 2nd lol

"Today" is April Fools Day only if one lives in Europe..
Apple is in California where it's March 31st;)

I am in Europe............and I was referring to the inevitable and tiresome April Fools "Jokes" about new Apple hardware that will saturate the forums.

I do have some reason to believe they are going to hold an event saturday.
I stumbled upon the video below on YouTube wich looks kinda real!

I didn't even dare to watch it because it would spoil my saturday.

Thanks, I enjoyed that - I just sat there thinking "God damn, Apple makes beautiful products!" as I watched it.

And I also thought about how awesome the iMac G4 design was. It would be cool if they bring that back someday with modern specs. There never really has been anything like that.

The suspense of not knowing is killing me. However imagine Apple not announcing a product and leaving it till next week and making us all April Fools.

I'm dying here, too. Both my brother and sister want to get the new MacBook, and they don't really get how announcing macs work. They're both wildly impatient, and I sooo want to switch them. I already switched my dad, and he's happy. So please please please Apple, have your laugh for the 1st of April, but introduce a nice MacBook on the 2nd. Thanks.

Think Different.

Yeah, Apple has become a very funny company recently... It will be pretty hard to beat that, no matter if on April 1st or 2nd :D

It's actually way to uninspired for Apple and seems to be put together from old Apple commercials (also look at the comments at the page that hosts the video). All the products shown are relatively new, so why would Apple leave out the Apple II etc.?
