Non-OEM (FAKE/CLONE) Apple Watch Bands

I received my red leather loop today from this seller: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Fash...239.html?tracelog=ae-app-ios-sharefor-shkmail

Looks and feels like the real thing. The connector is a little short on one of the sides but you can't really tell from far. The magnets felt weak at first but after I flipped the band and re-inserted it into the watch, the magnets were stronger. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Looks nice, looks exactly like the SIKAI one.
The reason I'm saying that, is because of the little gap located where the strap connects to the watch.

Anyways, what did you mean by 'I flipped the band'.
What did you flip? And how? Because I expect my black leather loop knock off in 2 weeks, and I wonder how I can get my magnet stronger then :D

It's hard to describe but it seems like the magnets are only on one side of the band.

If you put your band on and the magnets feel weak, disconnect the longer part of the band and flip it so that the "back" of the band is now facing front. The band doesn't have any markings on it like the Apple one so it can be installed either way.

Ah okay, but I've seen fake bands with markings on the back, so that might not be a solution for every band :(
I wonder what mine is gonna be like hahaha

I've just ordered one after seeing you've actually received it, i've also checked the other feedbacks and it seems a few have received them, so I'm hoping this will arrive for me!

I wonder if the beige from Sea Daughter on Aliexpress is more like the Stone Leather Loop or more beige'ish. I saw they have a brown one as well but I'm more interested in one that resembles the Stone LL.
 
Got message from Ray Wu (Sea Daughter) on Aliexpress on both the brown and beige Leather Loops. Here they are and let me say, I've never felt more hopeful!

These seem to be pretty good.
I also ordered one, the Leather loop black for 38mm, since apple doesn't sell it for the 38mm :(

I ordered this one.. It has now been over 2 months and I have not received my band. The seller told me they shipped it, but I don't believe it. The tracking number never worked.

When I emailed them about it they said it must have got lost in the mail and gave me another non working tracking number saying they shipped me a new one.

I'll be filing a dispute on Monday. Stay away from this seller.

Thats weird, some have received it and gave a good feedback.
Also on other products there seem to be a good feedback.
If it takes too long, fill a dispute indeed, why don't you do it right now? :p

I trust I get mine, but we'll see.

I have a feeling that these bands, offered by different sellers, all come from the same factory in China. 58$ - ouch, for a knock-off band.

Prices actually seem to be coming down now. Sikai dropped their price to $47 today. I paid $47 last night for mine (from majpro2012) and Sikai was charging $57. Kind of feel I should have waited as others who ordered from Sikai were happy with the product. Oh well. Let's see how things go.

Although it might seem so you can never be sure. There is a real business of producing knock-off parts for the market just as any legit OEM would do for the official supply chain and selling them to several smaller shanzhai factories. While it makes products look mostly identical you can sometimes spot smaller differences like stronger magnets and the like.
