Nov 25, 2016 - Dec 2, 2016 Deliveries Thread

I chatted with a CS yesterday, and she says if my shipping day is from 22-30, then the earliest charging day should be 22, but I don't know if this "charging"="pending".
 
I think we need to lower our expectation and enjoy pleasant surprise... After all, EU orders are still in process. It seems we have another group with delivery date from Nov 23-30 ahead of us, although we are in the same 3-4 week. I will say thanks-giving is a bless.
 
The thing most disturbing is there doesn't appear to be anyone going to preparing for shipment right now. I feel like we are in some kind of shipping black hole right now...or they are all going to other retailers for now.

What I believe is EU has the late week delivery, which means 2-3, they are in 3 and 3-4, they are in 4. I don't understand why, but thing appears like this.

Me too, I doubt whether we can get our Macs in time. But let's wait until Thursday

Ys. EU orders are in 2-3week group. Apple need to fulfill their orders first， no matter what the problem is, shipping or manufacturing.. That's why I don't want to be too optimistic. But I won't say no to early delivery!;)

I'm starting to come to this realization :(. I feel like I'd have better luck walking into an Apple Store or Best Buy over the next few days and seeing if they have any in stock.
 
it's truly amazing how an hour or so difference in ordering on launch date has such a huge impact on delivery date...
 
I'm not expecting much until around Thanksgiving. In order to get the money out of my account already I bought $2500 in a gift card to pay for it already. I'm gonna stroll into Apple Stores with it and if they have it, I'm just gonna pay for it there and cancel my online order since I only need the stock model.

Right?! I was super anxious about them announcing new MacBook Pros but I actually would've preferred if they had waited until they actually had stock to announce.

I've seen some people say the 16th, some people say the 17th, and then some people say that they won't have them in stores until they full-fill preorders.

I wonder if they will let you reserve them online. I'm working overnights I'm gonna check at midnight.

how come they provide stock without fulfilling the preorder

That's odd. Whatever, I just want it before thanksgiving. Since EU area is beginning shipping, we have a good chance to get it before the holiday

Some minutes ago 1EUR disappeared from my CC, but my bank doesn't allow me to have details until (and if) they don't account the transaction.

The thing that worries me is that the money that I had into my CC was only enough for the Mac, and so if they will made a transaction for the total cost of it, it won't be successful.
