I thought about it, but I did the 15" BTO and from what I understand, they only have the stock configurations in the store.
Awesome! I just went to the 5th Avenue location in NYC and one guy told me they had the 13" and then I asked another employee and she told me they didn't have them... so idk. I might go back later
Exact same details as mine.... down to the location and computer order LOL. We do it right here in Dallas

what's your config and delivery date? mine is 13" 512GB 16GB, 22th-30th. No update yet
I just picked a higher spec one up at a store. Gonna cancel the preorder now. I went in and the guy didn't even knew he had them I was persistent and got one! They had them all in stock!
How did you tell them? I called apple store in Walnut Creek, which is reported having them in stock. But I got a different answer
I called and the guy on the phone said come down he wasn't sure what they had. I went in and talked with the "green iPad man" -' she said they weren't in. I asked them to have someone check in case and he sent a sales rep over. He was like I'm not sure but let's look pulled it up in his PDA and showed me all the options.
No delivery date yet (my window is 22-30), just that it's preparing for shipment. I ordered the 15" 2.6GHz, 512GB, 460
No problem! The employee actually gave me silver instead of space gray but I think I am just going to keep the silver. I am upgrading from a 2011 MacBook Pro so either way, it's an improvement.
