Right there with ya, sister.Stupid 7:26 Incheon still. Tempted to never preorder again.
The Apple Store 2 miles from my house has the exact model I ordered in stock right now. I got stuck in this limbo hell last year too , I should’ve learned from that. Frustrated.
Yikes, I may be in the same boat. Tracking is still showing it in Korea, arrival scan 7:19pm.Just got an email from ups my choice saying delivery 11/7. So it must really be stuck in Korea. But the UPS app says delivery on the 6 th and still in Korea.
Curious about this too. Can this be done?Local store has phones... Can I just transfer my IUP to one I get today, and return the other when it arrives?

Patience isn’t my thing. I just reserved mine at the local Apple store. I’ll return my shipped one when it decides to arrive and give my 7 plus to my 11 year old. He will be so excited. Lol

Not sure about transferring it. I just bought it outright online. Curious to know the answer too!
Yeah the bought outright ones should be easy. My husband and I are both existing IUP going to IUP again. So we’d have to then sell the old 7/7+ (PITA). If my Monday date slips to Tuesday, I will try to figure it out, since I travel Tues-Friday.I see no issue if you bought outright you can return or refuse delivery of the shipped one... Just go and get the new phone today and return the unopened phone to Apple when you get it..
For those that had a scan arriving in Anchorage yesterday with the customs message, UPS71 just left there heading to Louisville 40 minutes ago. Be on the lookout for a departure scan in the next hour or so if our phones are on that plane. Post here if you see one please.
Yup. Right there with you.Every store around me has them in stock and I’m stuck in Korea...
Same situation - one phone last scanned as arriving in Korea, the other phone clearing customs in Alaska. These both involving upgrading 7 Pluses on the IUP.
Just spoke with Apple to ask if I could go to the store, get new phones apply them to the IUP and return the UPS phones when and if they arrive. They still show Nov 6 for both on their systems. They said I would need to wait until after Nov 6 and if the phones did not arrive by then, I could go to the store and do everything. But they said it would involve resetting carrier eligibility, applying for a new loan, returning the old phones.
The other possibility might be to buy two new ones today on IUP, transfer phone numbers from the 7 Pluses, then when the UPS delivery arrives, take those phones to the store. The trick would be to then replace UPS delivered phones on the IUP with the new ones. I'm not sure if this can be done. The more I think about it, the complications might not be worth it.
I think you're right about not having to wait to Nov 6. I was just repeating what they told me. I still think there's a complication with the IUP. I'm sure you would need to apply again for a new loan and resolve things after the shipment arrives - if possible.I don’t think that waiting till Nov 6 is necessary. I chatted with Apple and they said all this can be done in store. Cancelling existing iUP orders, reset IUP eligibility, upgrade and returning new phones in store on the spot.
Tempted to do it myself.
Yup agreed. The hassle is just too muchI think you're right about not having to wait to Nov 6. I was just repeating what they told me. I still think there's a complication with the IUP. If you were to apply again for a new loan, I'm pretty sure there would be another credit check. If that is a problem, I've seen that debated. The consensus seemed to be if your credit is good, it would not be an issue, but I'm just repeating what I heard. Can't say for sure. Will there be another credit check? Isn’t that bad? I have good credit but isn’t it supposed to be s bad thing if it is checked too often?
Or, we could all just find other activities to occupy our time until Monday. You know, stuff like hobbies, family, friends, etc.Yup agreed. The hassle is just too much

I played with the iPhone X the Apple Store last night (Its SO awesome!) in the hopes that this would take the edge off my anxious waiting. Instead, it only made it worse!
Going to stop checking UPS, and take my mind off this for the next 24 hours.
