Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

I have it too, 4 $0 transactions that showed on the 12th, then one more dated "15th" that showed up this morning- which is odd since where I am is currently 6:15pm east coast and it is still the 14th?. I mentioned this in another post someone else said "I was only charged once for $0 (approval/authorization), then the full price an hour later - you may want to verify and verbally authorize the phone price with your credit card" State "I'm letting you know that Apple WILL charge my card $XXX.XX, I authorize this future purchase" JUST in case something gets a red flag as potential fraud and the charge is on hold until you get into touch with them - avoid delays. It's happened to a few.

I did this 90 minutes ago, like I said in an earlier post. I don't want any potential delays.
 
Interesting; I have a $4.25 pending charge from the Apple Store on my Chase account, and the rate plan link on my Order Status page disappeared.

I'm showing shipping between 10-2 and 10-13. I'm hoping for 10-2 at worst, but we'll see, I guess. :eek:

EDIT: Changed to backordered. If I don't have some sort of ship date by Friday, I'm canceling. Screw it.

My order is still processing, but I have the details of my rate plan there which wasn't there the other day. so maybe my shipping will get moved up, would be nice. keeping fingers crossed..
 
I'm sure you all got it sooner than I. My number is 1667. I'm guessing you all are are ten thousand lower than I am.

Not sure about that, my rate plan was always there on my order since Friday morning day 1. I am in the oct 1-6th group....
 
I heard a opposite story from a Apple Store rep today. I went in with hopes of seeing the demo phones (no luck) and I explained to a sales rep that I had purchased a 6+ on preorder thats set for delivery Oct 1st - Oct 6th. I also explained that I used my AT&T upgrade pricing for the purchase. Of course, that delivery date isn't soon enough for my impatient ass. So I told him my plan of camping out with my buddies for the 6 PLUS in hopes of getting it on release day then canceling my preorder, but questioned if I'd still get the upgrade pricing on release day. The rep said YES! He said as long as your order still shows "PROCESSING" on Apple's website and not "PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT" that they can fulfill the order in store, and consider my preorder delivered. I would also get the upgrade pricing, and my preorder would cancel automatically.

Pretty much opposite from what I've read on here...but the guy seemed to know what he was talking about.

On that note, he said they aren't expecting many 6 PLUS in stores for release day.... I'll stay optimistic.

This is very good to hear. Would take the "gamble" out of my long night of camping. :D

previous years you could pretty much anticipate the day before your order starts moving. This one was when there was only one iphone size though, but still multiple colors and it still worked pretty good.

Interesting. I've been checking 3 sites like a hyperactive nutcase. Apple Order page, my Credit card AND the Apple Support page.

It seems when these phones are assigned and almost ready to ship, they will appear on your support page. Anything there yet?

So...what might my 7999 mean? I ordered my tmobile 6+ 64 as soon as apples site finally went live, got my confirmation a few minutes later at 5:25 AM. I never had store pickup or anything earlier than the 7-10 day wait as an option.
 
Unfortunately I am in the same boat. I tried preordering at 3 AM EST and was able to select the 128 GB iPhone 6 + but the continue button was greyed out. I was able to finally get it to show up on the Slate Grey 64 GB iPhone 6+ so I settled for it. At the time I hit continue it showed a delivery date of 9/19. I was issued a famous "Reserve" and hours later was able to complete it. My ship date changed to 7 - 10 days. Kinda sucks, but at least I get one. Thats what I keep telling myself anyways lol. Hope it arrives sooner!

I imagine if you ordered apple care with it, it gets added to your support page automatically. On my order it says applecare is automatically assigned to the device when it ships, nothing to do on my end.

I bought AppleCare and my 6+s are not in my profile.

it looks like you ordered yours right before me, I was up since 2:30am non stop trying to order the 128gb space gray. I placed my order at 5:10am right when the site when live, so i imagine yours is at the same exact time or a minute sooner maybe.
