What time can you pick up for will call?? I'll be home but I don't know if my ups guy will come in the morning or late in the day.

I just changed my delivery to will call. I signed up for MyChoice the other day, then clicked on "Change Delivery" from the tracking page. I had to sign in to MyChoice again from the pop up box. I chose pick up from customer service center (free). The next page gave me the address of the customer service center and had me confirm. So you are able to see where the package will be available for pickup before actually committing to the change. My delivery date stayed the same (9/24).

Wait, what does this do? Does it just save you a day from waiting for the delivery truck to drop your package off when you could pick it up the day before, or does it reveal more information.. confused on that..

When I changed mine to will call at the service center, it told me 9/24 (my delivery date) and gave me the normal hours of that service center (open at 8:30am). So I am guessing whenever your center opens.

I guess I won't be stuck in ZhengZhou, guess that's good news.

It didn't seem to save me a day, as it had the same date for pickup as delivery (9/24 for me). However, I can pick it up when the center opens at 8:30am (or whenever is convenient for me), rather than waiting until some random time in the afternoon for the UPS driver to show up.

The 7:10 crowd is the one who got stuck with a security scan and 2 days in ZhengZhou. Finally left today, went to Korea, now Alaska, then Louisville.

Trying to catch up on this thread but it is already massively long. I am in this group that was stuck for 2 days in ZhengZhou. My estimated delivery is tomorrow, Tuesday September 23rd by end of day. Is this still a possibility?

My last status:

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/23/2014 12:25 A.M. Departure Scan

Thanks.

Anyone who thinks their phone is on ups105. The plane is on final approach and will touch down in a few minutes.

My friend who is a loader at UPS had this to say when I asked him what time a package as to be at local loading site in order to make it on the delivery truck - his reply " We start loading delivery trucks about 3:00am, if it comes in before 2 it should be processed".
FYI

Interesting, I have a Wednesday delivery date for mine and I live in Vegas myself. I am thinking we are getting delayed from the original Monday dates we had since we are going into Chicago and then they have to transfer the cargo to Louisville to get it to us on the west coast. Louisville has a direct flight to Vegas daily (gets in about 5 am).

Really? That could be good news. I just looked at the flight coming from Korea on the info site from UPS and it shows landing in Alaska at 2:08 pm Alaska time. Then I see another flight that takes off from Alaska leaving at 4:02 pm arriving in Louisville at 1:46 EST ( 10:46 PST) and if they do have a direct flight from Louisville to Las Vegas, and it gets here in Vegas at 5 am then we actually have a outside chance of getting it delivered tomorrow, which is Tuesday. That would be awesome if everything would goes like clockwork. We will have to wait and see. But it will be interesting to see how it plays out.:D

Per several people working in UPS who have been posting in this thread that timeline is accurate but they also waited for the "Air trailer" which usually arrived last and loaded around 7-8am
