The pattern of others would suggest our phones leave today. The 2nd scan this morning is encouraging.
Lol I've been saying this multiple times already, and the delays have nothing to do with being from China or Apple, I have another package from Illinois that's supposed to be delivered today and still shows in Louisville.
Agreed, but if the phone is going out for delivery, we are talking about almost a half dozen missing scans.
I am not saying it is impossible, just highly improbable.

I'm near Orlando too, yet my phone doesn't have a scan leaving Kentucky yet. Wouldn't surprise me if they are going to let it sit in Kentucky so that it delivers on Thursday as scheduled. Its just the way it goes, they all can't deliver today so some have to be delayed.

I too am still stuck at the 9:59 PM arrival scan in Ontario. I'm in Northwestern Ohio and delivery is scheduled for today.
I'm 50 miles south of the main hub in Toledo (3rd busiest in the entire UPS network for crying out loud) and about 90 miles south of DTW airport in Romulus.
I'm giving it until 9 AM, I know (according to my buddy who works at the TOL hub) labels fall off the bulk sacks our phones are in left and right, and usually when packages are processed in TOL, they're so damn busy they just chuck 'em (not literally) into the vans and trucks and let the next POI (Findlay, in my case) deal with actually scanning it, updating the location, holding the package for will call, etc.
9 AM. 9:30 at the latest. If it still shows "Arrived - Ontario, CA" then I guess it isn't happening today.

Like I said, I'm giving it until 8:30am to update which is just an hour from now. Meanwhile I gotta monitor my other package from Amazon which is worryingly have no update since last night from PA
Your flight from Incheon will leave in some 3 hours from now to Anchorage, AK (7 hours flight). Then it'll wait another 2-3 hours to depart for Midnight arrival in Louisville (5 hours flight).

This. Their delivery commitment (for me) is 9/25 and (from UPS' perspective) so long as they make that date they've done their job. I'm sure they have other packages coming to my area (Atlanta) with an earlier commitment date, so they will apply their plane/truck space and other resources toward meeting those other earlier commitments first. I suspect my package will sit in Kentucky until tomorrow or, even if shipped to Atlanta tonight, will sit at a hub or somewhere else until the 25th.
Sucks for me, but it is what it is.

Na if you look at that guy in NY last page showed arrival in Jamaica, NY then Out for Delivery scan at his local town (Farmingville)

I seen this happen once with a ups package,but I am expecting the worst tomorrow probably, and hoping the best.
My commitment date is today 9-23 EOD but last scan in only arrival in Louisville lol.......
Just got off the phone with UPS. Not much of a help though. She just read what was on the tracking page and said it might be on the plane making its way to my city (Dallas) but she can't be 100% sure. I asked her what happens if my package arrives in Texas after my driver leaves to make deliveries and she said there will always be someone there to take those packages out for delivery since it is a special type of delivery. I don't see any flights from Louisville to Dallas for the rest of the day but we'll see since she also did mention that it will be delivered today for sure.
Saw a few flights from KY to NJ landing around 5 or 6 am. Still says its coming... I hope it does...
Someone posted about 500 posts ago that they do not have to register the flight until an hour or so before liftoff. Potential exists in theory that they can/will add a flight later this morning.
