I have not heard nothing from our group of Oct 1-6th. Mine is still in processing… Shipping 7-10 days from the sep 12th date and delivery around Oct 1-6. I don't look for a change until after Saturday as some people may cancel their online orders and go to the store to pick one up. So the soonest we would see any change in my estimate would be after Friday night or basically Saturday.

I always ask him how much he wants so I didn't set the amount. But of course I always pay him a little bit extra.

Just got off Phone with Apple Support

Here's my stats:

Location: San Diego, CA
Model: iPhone 6+ 128gb Space Grey on ATT
Ordered: 9/12 @ 12:42am
Status: Processing Items
Delivers: Oct 1 - Oct 6

On Pre Order night I had 4 browsers on auto refresh and was constantly tapping my iPhone to get thru. The App finally opened up and I placed order, to my dismay with a extremely disappointing shipping date.

I called Apple 30 minutes ago. They guy was super nice, and told me that the load was absolutely insane and everyone in this thread is on Apple's "second wave" shipping time. Which ****ing sucks. There's nothing he can do to change my order, but he assured me that it's very possible the phone could arrive as early as Monday or Tuesday, and that they always under promise/over deliver with estimates. He said he is getting a TON of order cancellations for people in our spot and further, because they'd rather camp out at a store than wait 2-6 weeks.

It's mid day Wednesday and mines still processing. It's looking grim for a Friday arrival (this is complete ****ing ******** - I ordered within FORTY TWO MINUTES, and I even paid the full price of $1,026 with tax). It is what it is. I just was really hoping to show the phone off to my family in town Saturday. Ya'll should call and see what they say!

Customer service can be reached by calling 1-800-676-2775. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Me too. I could find nothing on the link from the email at my ATT account. I ordered at 12:48AM on the 12th from the iOS Apple Store app... Oct 1-6 deliver date.

I just did too. However mine still references my iPhone 5. But it does show my unlimited contract has been renewed as of 9/12 so it's def a result of my order via Apple. But I'm not getting my hopes up cause that could just mean AT&T is getting caught up on their "you've renewed!" emails.

Mine shows the iPhone 5, too. I don't expect it to show iPhone 6+ until that phone has been activated.

I'm frustrated too...and hopefully the phones will arrive early next week. That being said, even apple has its limits, and the rate limiting step here is the ability of foxconn to churn of iphones and meet the demand. If we get the phones even a day or two early, that is pretty incredible, considering the demand.

What amazes me is that apple servers were overwhelmed. Apple has to have some of the biggest (it does) and strongest servers to maintain ios...and the demand was so high it crashed them.

Yeah, complaining doesn't get you anywhere right? What's the plan of action for checking stores Friday? I'm thinking about showing up to Apple around 8am when they open, see if there's any 128gb ATT 6+ left. I've got to assume they have at least 1000 of every model, and if that's the case I'd be just fine getting one!

No way, man. Supply of the 6 Plus is expected to be very tight. Some even estimate Gold 5s tight.

I'd bet you could get a 6 at 8AM but I highly doubt you'd get a Plus (sadly).

Yeah, I was pretty confident we were the 2nd wave. Monday/Tuesday would be FANTASTIC but sadly we have no real evidence of such early arrivals (yet).

Mine was fully ordered by 12:36am PDT, and here I sit waiting for the first week of October. I don't know by what logic Apple handled the orders that came in, but the time it was ordered is not 100% indicative of anything by itself. :(

I'm with you... I ordered the same phone 3 mins later than you. It almost seems like there was a problem on apples end with the order queue. I dunno but it is odd.:mad:
 
They probably won't update our expected delivery times until Saturday (just like they did in 2012 after launch Friday).

That way many of us will line up at Apple Stores to check supply.. thus improving Apple PR on the evening news. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

No need for the sarcasm man, wtf? People line up every year. I got my 5s last year without waiting in line at all. Yeah, gold was pretty much unavailable but I wouldn't expect the plus to be AS bad. I'm still going to try it out, since it's close to my work, and if I get one you better believe I'll be posting pics here! Lol
