Guys they will provide a tracking number first. It is not just going to arrive at your door without you receiving a tracking number. I am in the same boat as everyone here. Just be patient.

Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

I ordered my 6+ 128GB AT&T at about 4AM and was in the third grouping - 301 - I received my "Complete Your Order" email around 11AM on the 12th. My current status says preparing to ship and my account has a pending charge for my cost on the phone.
Out of curiosity I called and spoke with Apple about ten minutes ago, here is what I was told:
The pending charge will probably dropped in the next 24-48 hours, it is just to make sure that the account has the funds for the phone. She also said that an order confirmation email will definitely be issued from Apple with a tracking number when your phone is ready to be delivered.
I inquired about the off chance that some orders may arrive early, like mine, with the 10/1-6 delivery date, and she said that she seriously doubted a jump in the calendar date like that. Furthermore, if my order was going to be delivered tomorrow, I would have already been notified by Apple today. Take it for what its worth.
I'm still expecting my phone to come on the original delivery date and don't expect anything tomorrow.

Still nothing on UPS for me. Just have my apple.com status of preparing for shipment with Oct 1-6 delivery date still. CC charge pending for full amount now. Early this week had a $1 pending charge that subsequently dropped off.

It's also entirely possible that phones have already been shipped but the tracking numbers haven't been sent out yet. I have an iPhone 6 for 9/19 delivery and the tracking number was just sent to me this morning. But when you actually look up the number on the UPS website, the shipment acthally started three days ago.
I do think if we were getting tomorrow, we would have had a shipping notification today. At the least so we could print out the signature forms before going to work.
I would be surprised if it showed up. I've got an iPhone-sized package coming tomorrow from UPS, so I'm sure I'll get excited a little and then find out it's Cards against Humanity.
From years past (don't know if it is still holds true) with these large iPhone orders UPS/FedEx usually updates tracking numbers as the end of the day/early morning.
It is possible phones may have shipped and tracking will not show until later tonight. Does not explain the support profile however.
All in all, I still think these phones will show up mid to late next week.

Okay, now I'm pretty annoyed at Apple. I ordered the same thing at 1:09 AM Pacific and mine still hasn't changed from "Processing Items".
It's not impossible to have our phones tomorrow. No one here knows how many flights of cargo Apple has brought into the country over the past couple of weeks. It's plausible they waited until today to have a real number of units in the country to see how many waiting pre orders could be filled for tomorrow.
Having had many things shipped overnight from online retailers, I know that sometimes tracking is not provided/does not show up until VERY late at night. At times I couldn't even track the package until the next morning (delivery day). Also, many retailers take orders into the early evening, even fit overnight shipping.
IF the phones are in the country, this is not at all implausible. I wouldn't bet above $10 on it, but it could happen.
And we've proven that not all Apple reps are created equal. Some do know more than others; some know next to nothing because they just got hired for this launch.

Probably be best everyone stopped making assumptions about what "is" or "is not" going to happen, tossed back a cold one, and just like went with the flow, man.
You are correct. There is a 100% change of not getting it tomorrow unless you received a tracking number.
In a past iPhone 5S order I did not get tracking info until after it arrived and it said it was in China. But I agree patience is key. They will be here soon
It's a bit random. I ordered 2 iPhone 6 Plus phones (AT&T, 64GB) in different colors. The 2nd phone ordered (silver) is shipping now but the one ordered 10 minutes prior (black) has not changed yet.
