Yep! I've been in processing hell since pre-orders started. While others that have either ordered around the same time I did or maybe a few minutes ahead have gotten their cards charged and in shipment mode. And I've had no luck and my current Apple Store and AT&T stores too. Smh
Albany Apple store is AWFUL!! Takes forever to get anything done there, it's extremely over crowded, and they never have inventory on new stuff. I've been to many apple stores, and the Albany one is the worst I've seen.
It'll be the last Apple store on the planet to have walk in availability of the iPhone 7 and plus.

Looks like most of us here are ATT 7+ MB 128GB. I figured the JB would be more popular...guess not. Judging by all of you that ordered before me and are still processing, I guess I should calm down and have some patience.
AT&T iPhone 7+ 128GB Matte Black ordered at 2:17am PDT on 9/9. Still in Processing hell.

My order bumped from 10/4-10/10 2-3 weeks to 9/30-10/6 2-3 weeks, then slipped back to 10/4-10/10 the next day.
My card was charged on 9/17 and went from Processing to PFS. The next day on 9/18 it went back to Processing and hasn't moved since.

I got my email at 2:32 CST. 128GB matte black 7 + paid in full for use on the AT&T network.
I ordered from the Apple Store website. The last few times I used the app, but it hung up on me this year.
I see lots of people getting their phones at an Apple Store and then cancelling. My nearest Apple Store is 300 miles away, so it is almost impossible for me to do so, and that's Dallas which means they are way busy and overcrowded. I am stuck waiting for my preorder, and I have a feeling that my 10/4-10/10 date is going to be accurate this year. Never thought being 4.5 hours past preorder open would mean I would have to wait a month for my new phone. Oh well... First World Problems.
I'm on the same boat, can't go to my local store because although they're near by, they're full to the point of being scary and the obvious lack of inventory applies. I'll just be happen that I'm beginning of October and not late or early November.
K, now I'm getting pissed. A coworker got the SAME phone as me delivered just now and they ordered the day after preorders went live. But through the carrier rather than the Apple Store. Mine is still stuck in processing. Sigh sigh

Matte Black 128gb AT&T via Apple.com (2:20 am EST) - Still processing - Paid for using IUP. 10/4 - 10/10, I would like the phone before 10/5 since ill be traveling that day.
I've been monitoring istock.com website all morning and a Matte Black 128gb Verizon model is available at my local store. I reserved it and will hopefully be picking up the phone today and canceling my pre-order. I'm just going to buy the phone outright since I cant use the IUP on a Verizon phone since I'm an AT&T customer.

I know it's a trek, but Victor (Rochester) seems to be getting them with some regularity. Grabbed one today.

The model I want is available at a nearby Apple Store, yet I can't reserve it via AT&T Next because presumably my other order already registered with AT&T so I cannot choose that method for upgrade.
