offically factory unlocked iphone 4s Order Status Thread (not the AT&T unlocked one)

Today i received my brand-new iPhone but...came with assembly issue so had to return and order new one. The metal carcass was slightly out of place on the upper left part were antenna is. It was enough to scratch my ear or get stuck in pocket but my main worry was if I couldn't put it back in place something else was occupying that tiny spot so...no hesitation. Now I have to wait till end of Dec first week of Jan 
BUT the lady on the phone was extremely nice. She put herself in my place (which is not very common these days) and try to give me as many alternatives as possible. She even called me hours later ( when I told her) to order the phone for me...sped up incredibly in the delivery paperwork and threw some freebies as a good will gesture she included some kind of remote and iphone case apparently. Freebies are ok, but what's that comparing to the $700 bucks I spent on the phone. It was the extraordinary help of that lady in CA who made me feel a special customer. I even told her manager, they are keeping me as a customer thanks to her, after I initially heard I had to wait another two weeks + I almost died but now I am ok with it.
Status update...this goddess threw in for free a "Speck ToughSkin for iPhone 4S" worth $40 and an Apple Remote $20

My 4s restarted few times so that, today I just returned my "FACTORY UNLOCKED" 4s @ Grand Central Store, and re-purchased a "AT&T UNLOCKED", they told me they don't have enough "FACTORY UNLOCKED" in stock even if I reserved one "FACTORY UNLOCKED" last night at 9:00pm. Anybody knows whether or not it makes any difference?

No difference. You'll see the screen when iPhone connected iTunes for the first time and if u restore it u'll see it again.

You must download the "apple store" app in the app store, when the time is 8:54 pm you enter the site were you can choose what kind of iPhone you want.
The time zone? The Eastern time zone in the u.s. (New York, Boston ...)
So if you are not in that time zone you will have to calculate the time difference.
For example were i live it is 5 hours + , so i had to do this at 1:54 am

I purchase a white 16gb unlocked iPhone 4s today at my local Apple store. Unfortunately it has a few specks of dust under the screen. Do I really need to make a genius bar appointment to replace it?
yes u should ! and keep in mind FACTORY UNLOCKED iphones only have 14 days to return ! not 30 days like locked iphone 4s
