Unfortunately their convoluted website and lack of clearly listing what you get is preventing from buying this. I can't even tell if the Flo Dual includes everything I need to get a monitor/laptop setup or if I need to buy anything else for the laptop to mount to.
Hah, funny. I had the same comments, more or less. I work with architects and their suppliers, have for over 20 years so it wasn't that tough for me to call up one of my connects...
Short version, you'll need to find a supplier, they'll handle the purchase and shipping, and you'll get one or more boxes sent to you. QED. HM has pretty much been this way with sales, even where there are some stores, er, "showrooms". Same offer, PM me and I can forward my connect - she's in the book, I don't ever "take a cut" or insert myself into a deal or get a kickback.
Not wanting to hijack this thread, when one orders a Flo or Flo Dual or Flo Plus or Flo Plus Dual, all of the hardware is included - mounting hardware, two Allen wrenches for the mount and arm tension adjustment, a bracket that fits inside that is optionally not installed to allow the arm to rotate 360 degrees (mine are installed, so they're limited to 180 degrees and won't bang into each other - I have 3 arms on my desk...), and one arm or two arms. The Mount is a separate item/purchase; the Mount simply installs on the arm - HM designed a slip-on force fit connection that has a slick locking latch. My connect treated the sale as a direct purchase and passed on the same discount as an architect would get, and shipping was free.
