Yes it was. Now for the first stupid question. I held off updating to 4.0.1. If I decided to update for kicks & giggles, would I have to rejailbreak? Anyone? The update from 4.0 probably isn't worth it, but it's good to have this information.

No, you're good with 4.0.1. I asked the same question earlier and I upgraded and the jailbreak is working fine.

Yes, it works on 3GS. Some of the Cydia apps need to be upgraded to work with 4.0.

ya, if nothing happens keep reloading til something does. as to the cydia update, click on 'changes' and you should have an update waiting to download.

WOOOO finally workin on my iPhone 4 it's jailbreaking as I type..... I was stuck at the aura screen an it kept sayin opps there was a crash so I cleared cache, cookies an history an it works

Will try with my iPad 2moro as ineed to download 3.2.1 which I have so far resisted to keep categories & 3G unrestrictor.

Just got it for my 3GS though, took loads of attempts but it's working
