Order status for Canada?

Mine is still in preparing for shipment for almost a day now. Called 1800 number and they said as promised, mine will ship on 14th only. So most likely I'll get it sometime next week which is too bad

Can't track mine in UPS too and my CC is still not charged. So most likely, mine is not shipped yet

Any other canadians like me?

Yep. One of the two phones on my order (as mentioned in a previous post) is still preparing for shipment.

Does anyone know if the UPS trick needs to be different to find tracking for a second item on the order?
 
I'm so jealous of all of your guys' shipping status! Im stuck at preparing for shipment still... And unable to locate my order on the ups site.

I'm in vancouver b.c

I'm beginning to wonder is this because of me calling 1800 number yesterday and got the shipment changed to Expedited??
When everyone else is getting shipment notice, I have not even seen my Credit card charged. So much for expedited shipping!!

EXACT same boat as you.
 
My credit card hasn't been fully charged yet, and my phone is on the same flight as the others. The charge will probably show up later today or tomorrow though.

From the looks of it, the people that got the exception and the service downgraded will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for their phones, while everyone else that didn't get the exception should get their phones tomorrow. I didn't get the exception but my friend from work did, so we'll see how it plays out.

email says receive by oct 19. this sucks. but it already left hk at 6am our time today... im in richmond bc. should i believe what the email from apple says? or still have hope for tom?

As I was informed by UPS about my order, the phones will travel from Shenzhen to Alaska to Saskatoon then to Vancouver and finally to your local UPS. It has to go a "Sorting & Dispatch" Center and through "easy bulk" customs before going back to the West Coast to your local UPS for delivery. I'm in the same boat, not expecting mine until Tuesday/Wednesday.

called ups and gave them my tracking id. they said ill get it at oct 17 before 12 noon. sad!
 
this is what mine shows. i ordered 12:45am on oct 7.
ups csr said its scheduled to arrive on oct 17, before noon.
apple email said delivered on oct 19.

Oh, yeah it looks like yours is on a different flight than a lot of us. Our flight departed at 19:26 HK time, so a couple hours before yours. Before it left, mine showed a delivery date of 10/14 by 12pm, and once it updated with the departure scan the date went away.

Monday sounds about right for your shipment, hopefully ours comes tomorrow...

One of mine is on the same flight. I'm expecting it Monday.

I still have one sitting at "Preparing to Ship", though. I don't expect my girlfriend will be getting that one until Wednesday or so.

i sure hope my pilot flies faster than your pilot so i'll get it tom too. lol

Mine's on the same flight as yours (19:26 HK departure). However, mine showed a delivery date of 10/17 by 12pm. Perhaps it's different for Kitchener and Mississauga, although Pearson is right next door to me, lol.

Urghhh!! Getting FRUSTRATED!

When will my phones turn from "PREPARING" to "SHIPPED" ?!

Can't even locate a tracking number so I don't think it's even been created yet!

I just want to know it's being shipped and then I can rest at ease... lol

PLEASEEE! :eek::mad::mad::mad::(
