Order status for Canada?

HEY GUYS!

If your iPhone left Hong Kong this morning at 19:26 (7:26 AM EST) we have an update on our flight!

It is scheduled to get to Anchorage, Alaska at 5:33 PM, it will then depart Alaska at 7:16 PM and head to Louisville, KY. It will arrive in Louisville at 1:07 AM!

Hopefully for those of us in Toronto waiting, we will get our deliveries TOMORROW! :)

It better. My wife has been taunting me, saying that it won't arrive until the 19th and I need to prove her wrong.

I'm still prepping aswell! I ordered minutes after the site went online, my CC has been charged, and I can't locate my shipment on UPS using either methods! (Order number - last 2 digits/Phone number) I am still crossing my fingers that I get it tomorrow. Monday is always around the corner if not ... :(

I'm in Kamloops BC btw.

Flight just landed in Anchorage... Lets unload it and get it to KY.

FYI Yesterday I was not able to locate my shipment by searching for my phone number in the Shipment Reference field but now, after receiving my shipment notice from Apple, I am able.

seriously?? this is getting creepy. you guys are stalking your phones too much. lol it's just a phone, relax. btw, can you check what flight mine is? it departed hk at 21:14. hahahaha
 
mine is still preparing for a day now..really frustrating. They told me my delivery is expedited yesterday!! everyone else here has a tracking number while mine is not even shipped yet!! ordered at 12.50PST on 7th
 
Edit. ^ im on same. so after anchorage, where does it go...


i called ups for an update, they told me my package has a delivery date of 17th currently.

That flight should actually arrive early, based on the current flight about to arrive.

My current working theory is that the reason UPS63 is waiting on the tarmac for so long between flights is so that our flight (UPS59) can catch up, the iPhones can be loaded and it can take them all to Louisville together, enabling a happy Friday delivery for all.

The alternative is much less pleasant. UPS59 connects to Ontario, CA, where the next apparent flight to Louisville is at 5AM Friday. In which case, shameful Monday delivery. And potential tears.

Phone just landed in Alaska

Ok this time for real, the phone just landed in Alaska, lets see how long the turn around is going to be to get it on the next flight.

I'm waiting for my iPhone, it too was on the 19:26 flight from HK. I think its hilarious ( in a good way ) that people are stalking UPS flights etc.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up for tomorrow delivery.. but just in case I will be going down to my cell phone carrier's store and getting a micro SIM card, just in case!
 
Yep, that's definitely our flight! My phone just arrived in Alaska, though delivery date is back up and still says Monday the 17th :(

Still hoping it will change for delivery tomorrow!
 
Yeah, delivery times show up again on ups, friday 14th (same as it previously had).

Mine also now indicates Monday.

ok so I called and got some info for people who had their shipping switched expedited like me. I ordered a black 32 and white 64 as soon as the store was up at about 3:43AM EST. The rep today told me that it would ship tomorrow from Canada (Plant 124, not sure where that is) and I would have it monday at the earliest, but it could take up to the 21st to be delivered. I'm going to be super optimistic and hope that it ships from somewhere in ontario tonight, so that I have it tomorrow! he also said it would be shipping through UPS Expedited Delivery.

The phones coming from China are Express Saver not Standard, so we're getting the shaft.

They aren't Express Saver otherwise they would arrive before the end of the day. Instead, they are arriving before noon.

I phoned Apple for another reason, and asked about the iPhone shipping just before hanging up. I was told expedited delivery wouldn't make much difference ( if any ) compared to the Standard Shipping. I'm guessing due to the weekend - the UPS machinery keeps running, but there's just no weekend deliveries for either option.
