Order status for Canada?

I'm not going to loose faith, every other steps seem to have a little delay in our status, and just because it landed this morning and there's no updates doesn't mean it's not moving.

I've had ups stuff changed from arrive status to on truck status at once, and they post all the steps in between at the same time.

That's for Ontario, not Quebec. Also, it should have cleared Import Scan by now.

Anyone which still has yet to see Import Scan on their delivery is pretty much screwed for sure. Still, I guess receiving your phone after the week-end is better than waiting all night in the rain on Ste-Catherine street until 10AM

So I'm thinking...if it's a 7-8 hour drive from Mount Hope to Montreal, and my package is showing an unload scan 3 minutes after my arrival scan in Yahoo!'s UPS tracking...means the shipment will get here circa 1 to 2 PM, which leaves some room for sorting and delivery seeing as others got their phones at around 7 before.

The flight out of Boeing Field (UPS490) should be leaving at around 5:56PST, arriving at YVR for 6:25AM. Plenty of time to sort and deliver to various locations around Richmond and Vancouver

Just called UPS, and she said my package has actually LEFT Hamilton and is heading for Toronto! She said once it gets to my local UPS HUB they will know when it can be delivered. Still a little bit of hope left for today

I just got the departure scan for HK to Anchorage.

I'm going to be absolutely useless at work today while I watch the phone travel. I should have traded with someone to get the day off. lol

It's showing an UNLOAD SCAN for me. Are you sure you're seeing a DEPARTURE SCAN only 3 minutes after an ARRIVAL SCAN. That does not even make logical sense ;P

To make finding out how to find your flight easier, since the info is now well back in the various thread histories, for those who haven't shipped yet...

Go to http://flightaware.com/live/findflight/VHHH/PANC and narrow the Operator checkmarks along the left to just UPS.

Also good is http://www.hongkongairport.com/flightinfo/eng/cargo_dep.html which seems to have the same info, but not the map with the itty bitty plane to watch once you figure out the right flight.

Just wondering what the phone number you're calling is? I've seen a bunch of people call but assumed that the 'latest information' was what was displayed online. I guess this isn't the case...?

According to UPS the package has not left Mount Hope, apparently its in limbo. In the cases where it's simply a glitching status and the package is actually out for delivery, in my experience calling UPS has always revealed that. In this case, it's 9:24, almost two hours after the trucks go out and it hasn't even arrived at the sorting facility in Hamilton (next step after Mount Hope).

Use a different tracking website/app than UPS. It will show the unload scan and location scan, which are the "in between" steps compared to what the UPS site shows.

I did precisely that before, and I'm only showing the unload scan.

Had the location scan at 7:47am. I live in Milton, which is so close to Hamilton, so I'm hoping that I can get it today

Last time when I got something shipped from Apple, it didn't even say "Out for Delivery". It was still delayed on their website.
