Are you by chance in Hamilton or surrounding area?
 
does anyone think if it makes to concord ups hub that we may be able to schedule a pick up if they arent delivering today..the concord hub is on jane st and steeles which is right beside york university, also 1 minute away from the 407
 
I don't understand why UPS didn't sent it directly to Montreal from Louisville. There was UPS flight to Montreal. Maybe all the phone are in one big container. I am sure it will be delivered on Monday now.

Maybe it departed from the depot to the plane, or maybe the truck was on the road for all us ontario people, and it got called back due to your package being on it by mistake... Doubtful, but you could come up with any story for your scenario unfortunately. That is strange...

There could be an infinite number of reasons, as you point out. One thing is for sure though: It's not gotten any closer to coming to Montreal in about 6 hours of being on Canadian soil :p
 
Oh wow, I just realized that the UPDATED DEPARTURE is 1 hour later than the regular departure :(

There's still hope to get it by the end of the day though!
 
can anyone tell me what it means?
local time in victoria is 9:41am now but it shows a scan at 11:08!

Alright, I think all of us have been holding out hope since yesterday, but I'm starting to lose it.

My phone is heading to Concord as well, and should probably be there by now. From what I understand, UPS trucks go out ONCE per day - in the morning. Unless Apple arranged something special, I don't think anyone is getting their phone today. When the UPS Tracker updates and our phones have arrived at Concord (or wherever yours might be headed) we should get updated delivery information online.

I am sad :(

Hamilton to Jane and Steeles ( the depot ) takes just over an hour, so should be at the depot any time soon.

Any one if UPS do a second delivery pick up and delivery?

If Canada were Apple's home country then they may try to arrange something... but we aren't ( Apple gives the states special treatment over other countries ).

Local Time is the local time where your package is. It's NOT your current time zone.

I usually get my UPS deliveries around 5:30PM. I really hope that they do 2 batches of deliveries throughout the day. I'll ask the UPS guy next time he comes by.

ARRIVAL SCAN 12:43pm at Concord!
 
I spoke with a customer representative. Take the following as you will:

He said that my package was on route towards the Brossard (Montreal area) distribution centre, and not towards Mount Hope, again, for no reason, as the UPS tracking provided by Yahoo! seemed to suggest.

Unfortunately as it's coming by truck, it'll be here sometime near 8PM. It's coming in on a big ass truck, the kind, he told me, had two trailers.

It would take a while to unload it, and there's just about no way for me, short of assaulting the Brossard distribution centre during the night, to get it before Monday.

He also pointed out that there's no way to know if it'll reach me before noon on Monday, only specifying that it would, for sure, reach me before 6PM on Monday.
 
I now have a delivery date... but its not today.

Monday before noon. As originally predicated. At least we can stop waiting today, judging by recent posts too!

I very much doubt we can go up to the depot and collect can we? I believe Apple needs one delivery attempt.
 
just arrived in concord...but now i have a delivery date of monday oct 17:(, this is the first time its shown me a delivery date so im kind getting scared.
 
Well, it's been a fun few days. I'm prepared now to wait until Monday. Everyone post here when your phone FINALLY gets delivered! I feel like we're all in this together ;)

I think we're all getting it on Monday now. Nobody had an ETA before, but once it reached Concord, everyone is getting a Monday ETA.
 
Does anyone know the flight route for western canada? Right now mine is in HK.
Where does it go from there? I assume its a very different route to eastern canada.
