getting so frustrated with UPS...mines been in conconrd since friday at noon, and live in brampton which 20 mins away...it just says scheduled delivery for monday 17, it hasnt updated since friday.
did you try the Yahoo ups tracker?? i think everybody's left concord on friday/saturday. http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/advisor/business-tools/ups-tracking/
My brother and I both have shipments coming. He is in Cambridge, ON and I am in Milton. Currently mine shows due for delivery today and his says nothing, only a location scan in Kitchener. I just tweeted @UPShelp and they are telling me that his is due to delivery today and mine not until tomorrow!! WTF!!?? Mine shows today but is tomorrow? Guess I am calling the depot in Concord to and picking it up.
Let me know if you are successful with contacting the depot for pick-up. I may just do the same.

Has anyone been monitoring the stock levels in Apple stores throughout the GTA? I'm trying to figure out when the initial rush will die down...
So far, it looks like I'll have to wait at least another week or two. I would have pre-ordered, but I hate having to ship something back to China for a simple return/exchange. I learned my lesson on that one years ago...

yup ive tried it hasnt updated i just hope its out for delivery like some on here with status never getting updated....I've called them, and they've said i would have it at the end of the day, but i just don't trust ups
I just called and they said that the units that arrived October 14 to Concord are all scheduled for delivery today. She even asked me..."is this Apple shipment?"
So, I am holding tight for a bit on this before I call again. She told me outright that mine was on a truck right now, so I will wait.
FYI...the Concord depot number is 905-660-8592.

If they do not deliver today and it sits back in Concord, believe me I will be calling and raising a bit of a stink. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

No kidding. Especially when their end of day is 1900h or later. Doesn't give you much chance to do anything but sit at home waiting.

Then they'll just tell you something else that will placate you and get you off their phone. It's probably coming mine arrived this morning in Guelph, it never said it was out for delivery or anything.
Yah who knows? Can't trust anyone at UPS lol. Online it says today. @UPShelp on Twitter says tomorrow. I called the depot and they said it is on a truck to me today. Tracking should not be this hard or difficult on both sides (carrier and receiver).
Delivered to WINDSOR. My tracker never updated to "out for delivery" it showed Location Scan at my local depot and then Delivered.
Just spoke to UPS about my Ottawa delivery. It had an arrival scan of 2am, and finally around 10:30am a "destination scan" of 6:20am popped up. The friendly UPS lady told me that it's on a truck for delivery. She insisted that when you see an early-AM "destination scan", that's the same thing as a delivery update - the system just hasn't updated to say so.
I even told the UPS rep that I wasn't looking to cause a fuss - that I really just wanted the most accurate estimate so that I could let me wife know whether to stick around home waiting today. She promised she wasn't just pulling a fast one. Haha, we'll see.

You can't pick it up until they attempt delivery.
On Friday when my coworkers got the import scan, it was at the same time in the morning and it was delivered at 9:30. Granted, the tracking said Friday delivery, but there's still hope. UPS tracking isn't an exact science. If it doesn't come today, there's not much we can do but be patient.
Have a feeling they still won't be coming today... The import scan got me excited though because for a majority of people, after the import scan it gets delivered

well well... the iPhones just arrived @ 11:54 am. My UPS tracking status still shows that they are in Concord, ON and @UPSHelp on twitter told me I'd get them tomorrow.
Happy I got them but the UPS tracking system is a complete waste of time. Why even bother making such a system when even the staff @ ups have no idea what is going on!
