I did not write that :) and you're right, this is surely not a Europe-specific issue.

Again, I think Apple just wanted to ship more watches to the US since this is their most important market, Europe is their third.

Ordered may 1st. Window changed lst night to 5/29-6-4. This morning it changed to preparing for shipment. Does this mean i will get it sooner than the 29? How long does it usually take to go from preparing to shipped?

There is one flight to cologne/bonn in the air right now. I hope there are some SG's in.
 
I just got definitive date for my 42mm black sport band - May22-May28

My AWS with WB 42 mm is still in processing limbo...13-19 May Lieferung
 
There is everyday a flight to Koln from ups, saturday there were 3 of them, but still no movement :-(

EDIT: For the moment there are 3 UPS flights on its way to Koln from the US:

UPS213 MD11 Louisville Intl (KSDF) 05:27 EDT 19:04 CEST
UPS203 MD11 Philadelphia Intl (KPHL) 08:52 EDT 21:32 CEST
UPS207 B763 Philadelphia Intl (KPHL) 09:18 EDT 22:07 CEST

Yes indeed, flight aware and then search by operator --> UPS

Same here...no movement on the watch... Both items order 04/11 late afternoon...

Because I've never saw 1 single flight from Shenzhen to Koln or Prague... Or they have to ship them with other courier to those. But neither saw flights from DHL or FEDEX from Shenzhen to Koln or Prague
 
Wednesday last week a friend in France received an email from Apple around 20:10 telling him the shipment was getting prepared and he got his watch the next day. That email time matches those UPS flights ETA.

Hopefully it will be the same today!

So what? "your" ordered watch is on a plane before you even get a changed order status?

No, they first go to center hubs, like ours come from Prague, so when they arrive in prague and are scanned, they you'll get your PFS notification, and then you can track it. Starting from Prague (Czech Republic)

Yep, this is what I meant: we may get those PFS notification emails this evening once all flights will have landed and their cargo scanned.

That's weird. I remember my iPad Air 2 that I pre-ordered at the time was shipped straight from China...

Well, that sounds about right, mate. All though i ordered the 38mm AWS WSB last friday (1st may 10.43) i'm hoping to get a mail tonight then, since 2-3 users ordered same model 28th April and got it on the first 2 days in May.

If that timetable is correct, my watch could be on the one of the planes then.
