Getting the 38mm SS with classic buckle

Smoothest pre order ever but shame about them not doing in-store pickups on launch day.


Anyone have any luck ordering a sports band that had delivery on launch day? I keep getting quoted 28/4 - 13/5. Will try my luck in store.

Where did you make the reservation?

The section underneath the main Apple Watch page, there's a paragraph of text and then it says 'Schedule your appointment' or something along those lines.

Ordered the 42mm Aluminium with the white strap and also ordered the black sports strap so I can have a silver alu/black strap combo which I think is nicer than the space grey/black strap.

Odd thing is the best delivery time for the black strap is 30/4- 13/5. I was expecting the strap delivery time to be sooner.

That is the minimum amount of time for delivery. All of our orders are 4-6 weeks or more.

I'm sure this will be covered in a multitude of new threads shortly, but there will be probably be stock in various stores and re-sellers on the 24th onwards, for purchase there and then. I bet a lot of people (I will certainly consider it), will buy there then return the pre-order when it arrives.
