Apple Store app went up at 8:02 for me, website is still down. Managed to bag a try-on appointment for 12:30 on Saturday!

Edit: Wow. 8:11AM and the website is still down, app doing just fine.

Edit 2: Seems to me like most people won't be getting delivery on 24th.
