look,

I ordered mine at 08:03:?? and got my email at 08:04:40. I ordered a Space Grey 42mm Watch. I haven't been charged and my order is still processing.
I am every bit as upset as you are as I tried my damn hardest to get one bought! My delivery day is 24.04 / 08.05 just the same as you!!!

If I could be bothered about anything It would be that the site launch on the 10th didn't go live same time as the app but hey, you live and you learn!

What exactly are you so bothered at!? Why are you bitching and moaning at the people around you who are getting theres! You and me both decided to get the most popular ones!!! How many do you expect Apple to produce? Just the Space Grey ones!??! If they produced half a million then thats half a million more than you could ever attempt to make!

I am a little bummed out I won't be getting one on Friday but suck up, grow up, stop being a spoilt child and enjoy life until the Watch comes and makes your day! Theres a bigger population of the world that couldn't afford a Casio watch! Consider yourself fortunate and wait in line like the millions of others in the EXACT same boat as you!

cheers mate, that gives me some hope. I ordered the same watch at 8:04 and nothing yet but hoping its just Barclays being slow.
 
So I have been charged and status changed this morning. Hopefully watch will arrive Friday. I appreciate some have seen no movements yet (fingers crossed fro you guys btw) but I'm on holiday from Saturday. Not sure what would be worse. Waiting for it from Apple, or knowing its at work (delivery address) just collecting dust for a week...? :confused:

I have just spoken to Francis again..

Apparently there was an issue with him hitting the order button on the watches.
He was promoted over night due to his new found fame and customer service skills, and ended up line manager.
Now here is the interesting part, he said that there was a script that ran randomly for everyone who has a 5 in their address, don't ask me why, but it seams to be with the number of letters in the word 'Apple'

Disaster my backside, just because YOU (not confirmed yet as launch day is still a couple of days away) might not get your watch on the first day of a 2 week delivery window.

And you get all prissy because Apple PR dole out the gold watches to Celebs rather than racing to furnish you with your entry level black aluminium model. Screw it, is there an ignore button?

As it looks unlikely that I'm getting mine delivered on the 24th. This gonna be me on Friday.
Imagination is a powerful tool people, I can pretend my 5s is watch!

Good ol' Francis explaining it all again!

My address only has a 1, a 3 and a 4 in it, so I'm all set and getting mine on Friday. Thank Francis for the great postcode lottery, they should have made that more widely reported, would have done marvels for the house market with everyone moving to get their watch sooner.

Was anyone else charged yesterday but order still shown as processing?

I ordered SG 42mm Sport at 8.03. Delivery 24/4-5/8

Charged (and funds cleared) yesterday at 3.40 but still shown as processing
