Log in on a desktop/laptop, log into your account and go to order status, above is a row of things you can do, the end one is need help, ask now, and it opens the online chat.
More importantly, is everyone ensuring they are connecting their phone to the underground wifi to refresh order status at every stop? I AM!

Does anyone know up until what time Apple deliver in the UK? I'm working that day so I have it being delivered to work, but I'm not sure if I stated it was a work address!
Pretty funny really, they are obviously coming in to Ireland (usually) on palettes where they are then assigned to an order and individually packaged and then sent via courier for the final journey.
This is how it always works unless they ship direct from china individually which costs more as the items can't be palliated as efficiently on a plane as they are individually boxed with everyones addresses/invoice.
