Maybe check your spam, but in honesty, as long as the order is showing up in the apple account I wouldn't worry at all. If you want one, chat with the support and ask them to resend it.

Thanks 🙂 I have spoken to Apple on-line chat and normally they are fantastic but this time they were not very helpful and said if I hadn't received an email then I can't have placed the order correctly (despite me saying I could see my order in my Apple App). When I gave him the order number he said it was ok and that order was live, but the whole experience wasn't very reassuring 🙁
But, I suspect that is more to do with the fact I have been obsessing over ordering it for months now and sooo don't want something to go wrong now 😀
