Order Thread for UK (BST)

Downloaded the Parcel app, put my UK Mail details in and it says tracking info not available - whereas UK Mail says "collected"...

Baffled.

Edited: It's the other number instead of the customer one - mine's in Brum too.
 
I keep refreshing the UK Mail tracker, I just want to know my watch has arrived safe and sound at the depot ready for me tomorrow.

Then I can sleep alright.

First day back to work since Monday. Thank god I'm better!
 
Could it be happening?

I've spoken to the depot three times today (two separate guys). I was brave/foolish enough to mention that I'd heard they weren't allowed to hold the package before a delivery attempt was made. They both went and checked with managers and confirmed that it would be fine to pick up the package tomorrow at 8am. They both mentioned that if I check the tracking details it will now show as delivery on 27th. Apparently they do this as standard procedure so that when the driver arrives for work tomorrow morning and scans the packages on to his van he'll get a message telling him to leave my shipment behind at the depot. Was told this by both guys I spoke to.

In the past I've found that their tracking system updates very early in the morning (between 5-6am) stating that the package is out for delivery. So i guess we can check prior to making the journey to the depot.

Cool, thanks for that. Does yours say the 27th now then? Because mine still says the 24th.
 
Just to give some people hope -

I'm in Dorset, with two watches going through:

42mm Sport - Blue - Was dispatched this morning with UK Mail

42mm Sport - Green - Only just gone to dispatched with UPS

Let the battle of Couriers commence!:D

Hope UPS wins as that's mine....well until the Space grey turns up in May sometime :(
 
New here guys, been watching this thread since yesterday and sadly I am in the 8:04 group who haven't had an order update (or a charge from my bank account). Sad times :(

Yes. I have two Watches coming under two separate tracking numbers. Both now show 27th on UK Mail tracking along with the following message...

Your parcel 30933731898997 is Delivery Rearranged By Recipient

Tracking info on Apple.com still shows 24th.
 
Uh oh... Apple said delivery would be tomorrow, yet UPS haven't even picked it up....
