Has anyone here had much experience with UK Mail for Apple products? I've been reading their reviews and they look terrible. At present, it says that it has collected by UK Mail, but this was hours ago. I just wondered if anyone here knows more about it all than the little that I know.

That sounds normal. You'll likely not see another update until around 5am tomorrow when it says your package is at your local depot. Shortly after that they'll be another update saying 'out for delivery'.

In fairness, every delivery provider gets loads of stick

Exactly right; because barely anyone would write in saying they'd had a great delivery, all you really see are the bad reports.

Spoke to them. There's a note on my account that I will definitely collect tomorrow morning. Checked twice, and it's happening.

Apparently my UK Mail online tracking will change the 27th in the next few hours, but it's confirmed either way.

Still not 100% confident I'll get it tomorrow morning, but let's just hope.

Funny, my grandparents did the opposite move a few years ago, Basingstoke to Alton. I like Alton, though phone reception isn't ever that brilliant

Really? As DPD took a photo of a random persons door when they said I was "out"... in reality I was waiting here at work for them, but the driver decided to go home early and would not return and DPD would not tell him to come back!

This has actually just changed for me. Up until my last check about an hour ago it listed 27th as the date. That was actually the reason I rang them back. However, the date is now completely absent. Just a message saying I've rearranged delivery.
