Losing hope in Apple as a company in general.

This is the second product I have had an issue with at launch. I bought an iPhone 6 128Gb which developed a fault. The screen clicked when pressed near the volume buttons!

They replaced it 4 times in total for a new one before I demanded a refund as I lost all confidence in that model. They tried real hard and gave me the option of choosing any phone in the shop but I wanted a 5S with 64Gb which they no longer make so had to get one on eBay.

I feel sorry for all of us that love Apple products. The problem is they know that there are no true alternatives once you are vested in their ecosystem. That is why we will endure these inadequate launches.
 
Its just weird if you go on the U.S forum for the apple watch S.S BSB theirs are all processing and getting ready for dispatch , meanwhile over in the U.K a whole lot of nothing....not one persons has said they have had a charge or movement been very suspiciously quiet if a few had been charged then yeh fair enough but nobody reporting a preparing for dispatch or credit card charge somethings a foot

I do apologize for the inconvenience. There is no update that I can provided at this time. As soon as it ships out, you’ll receive a shipment notification via email. Your order status won’t change until it prepares for shipment.

Theres no way to know for sure when your order will ship because its done automatically through the system. As soon as it ships, you will get the notification though. It seems like you already have the all the information in regards to your order thats available at this time.

So you dont have access to this 'system' that dictates (unfairly) who recieves their orders when?

The system is automated, theres no way to access when statuses will change and when your order will ship out. As soon as it does, you are sent the tracking information.

Okay, do you understand why one might find this frustrating? I think it should be note in future that more detailed estimates are needed! you cant let a launch date go by and now give some people ANY update whilst delivering to others! its crazy

I do apologize for the inconvenience. I can initially understand wanting to get your Watch as soon as possible. Im currently waiting for mine to ship sometime in June. What are you planning to do first with you Watch when it arrives?

Well June is a while away, and therefore you dont need to worry just yet about when you recieve it, bu i can promise you. if it gets to mid june and youve still not had an update, you'll be panicking like me

Keep in mind that you can keep an eye out on your order at apple.com/orderstatus, or by using the Apple Store App. It's super convenient. The most information in regards to your order will always be available.

Theres no way to know for sure when any items will ship, the system is what handles the processing. Are you currently in the UK?

I hope the staff member who had to deal with you and your awful attitude has recently handed in their notice and your order miraculously vanished from the system.
 
Managed to get an appointment at DSM for Wednesday. If they have he watch I want I can buy it and cancel my preorder.

Makes me feel a little better.

I want either black or white sport watch. 42mm.

Why yes they are! You tried them? Are they any good? Reviews are overwhelmingly positive and people are saying the sound is on par with that of Beats bluetooth earphones? Not expecting that of course but they're meant to be excellent for the price?!

How did you get the appointment, did you do it in person or via phone? Thinking of trying to do the same.

Right. THATS IT!!!!

No ****ing charge.

No ****ing status change.

No ****ing watch.

I've just been into the Apple Store and really kicked off at the imbeciles in there. No one was taking me seriously so I started scratching all the ****ing MacBook screens with my ****ing Swiss Army knife.

The ****ers soon took notice and called security.

Luckily I'm a karate blue belt and kicked the guys arse. He will be spending the night in hospital.

Tried to snatch a space grey from someone doing a try on, but was rugby tackled by the other guard.

Eventually had to run off after I knocked the leg from out of under the table and all of the Ipads off the tables onto the floor.

Must've been 8 or 9 iPads completely mullered.

After all that still no ****ing apple watch.

WORST LAUNCH EVER!!!!

Took a pic just before running off. That'll teach the bastards!!

They are not bad. The connectivity is good and the sound is pretty good, not perfect but pretty good. The fittings that are supposed to hold the earbuds in your ears isn't great but as long as you are not hopping everywhere they are fine.

If anything, having to wait for the watch made me come to this forum where I found out about Soundpeats. Ordered 2 pairs straight away - always ripping cords when running.

Exactly the same as me, have you ever caught your headphone cord on a door handle?! So annoying! Also want them to be able to pair with my :apple: Watch!

Preorders will be a huge disaster for Apple next year

So, guess what I'm planning on doing for the next Apple Watch?

Based on the current unfair allocation of preorders I'll be ordering three or four of my favourite styles at launch next year and cancelling the three that take the longest to arrive.

There is no risk for me as Apple can't take the money off my credit card until they ship!

Good luck moving of all that extra stock, Apple. I am guessing I won't be the only one doing this. If 100,000 people "buy" five watches and only keep one you'll have 400,000 watches you won't need to deliver.
 
Nearly had a heart attack!

Got an email from Apple saying "Your Apple Watch is expected to dispatch within the next 3-4 weeks!"

Bit strange, does everyone get this email?
