I love how much love there is in this thread.

Does anyone know if Deliveries or an alternative app can notify you when your order changes status to Preparing for Dispatch (I'm sick of hitting refresh ha)

Nope. I don't think anyone who had the first EOD, got the second one. The first EOD was for the phase 1 orders (24/4-8/5). I think the second EOD was send to the phase 2 orders (later in May).

I didn't get an email and I think I'm phase 2

I think deliveries does it. But it will proably have an hour delay or so.
I have delivery set up on mac and phone but i still refresh :rolleyes:
 
It's a sad day. This thread has died out because there is literally no movement in the UK.

Says it all really.
 
I feel totally forgotten. Est delivery 12-26 May for both my husband and I, but we haven't received either AEOD
 
Been lurking in this thread for a while, thought I may as well update with my order.

Ordered: 08:08
Model: AWS SG BSB
Delivery: 12/5 - 26/05
EOD: Neither v1 or v2

Getting bored of waiting now. I'm surprised there was no movement yesterday so holding out for a massive update today!

Some dude on YouTube from the U.S. ordered the 38mm Green Sport on Friday which had a June delivery. He got it shipped Monday(yesterday). It's in the U.S. But you could try that.
 
Oddness

I just added myself to the spreadsheet (SG BSB, email confirmation 08:04:32) and sorted by the order time. It seems like everyone around me has 24/04-08/05 and I'm almost alone on the 12/5-26/5 slot. Even people who have later times got the first shipping window.

Kinda annoying!

My brother in law has the same order as you but is in the 8:03am bracket. He is also in the 12/5-26/5 slot so you're not alone. He, like me, has had no change from processing since.
 
I have accepted that the earliest I will get is the 8th. Which is ok as will give an extra month of interest as will be new credit card month.

The one thing that for me has been the worst is the customer service. Apple's used to be the best, now it just seems like every other one. I think a lot of trust has been lost in that area.

Even though I ordered in the first second the store went live I got a 8:04 confirmation email.

24-8th

I got the first email of death, not the second.

Still no charge.

Still processing.

Fingers crossed for all you other UK folks stuck in the loop like me.
 
If there's no movement today in the U.K am entering Hulk mode, especially since the Yanks have been gettin non stop deliveries
 
No movement overnight but then again no v2 AEOD, keeping everything crossed for today

Indeed, CS has become...average. No info, contradicting at times, there's no reliability.

In terms of small panic attacks, I've got an email in my inbox this morning from Apple Online Store!!!!



Only to ask me how was my CS experience. Oh they're gonna get fried! And I do mean FRIED!

I have no problem with customer service. They promised me a watch between 24/04/15 to 8/05/15. So far they have not broken that promise.
